I ordered online, 2 med pizzas, cookie, chocolate cake, stuffed bread. The pizzas were awful, they were extremely scarce on toppings, cheese, and sauce and one was ordered with extra sauce. The stuffed bread and cookie were both burnt quite a bit and more than just the edges. I usually order from the other one on millers lane, which I will go back to. This location seems to not care about quality in the slightest sense.
Just 4 stars this time as I waited for curb service 6 minutes past the time I was notified the pizza was ready. But, they did email me a coupon for a free pizza for the delay. Now, that was good! The pizza was hot and delicious!
We used online ordering and tracking and the order went from baking to complete. This to me is suspicious and a good way to bypass the timer to get the pizza out. The pizza itself was alright.
Customer Service wasn't exactly what you call customer service had to call a manager to call a supervisor to get my order straightened out food was cold and just unacceptable
Was great had ordered on line for pickup. Two large pizza's, cinnamon twists, garlic bread, 1 two liter of Dr Pepper. We drove up to the Drive through window the Employee was great he apologized for the delay on our order and give us two free Chocolate Lava cakes for our wait. The place was clean and well kelpt. The Employees were very friendly and nice. I would suggest this place.
You can’t call in order you have to do on line. It’s hard to prove what you ordered . They say you didn’t place order that you know you did. I order 3 toppings pepperoni, onions and mushrooms. Their is no way I would pay $8.50 for a cheese pizza. I hate online purchases.
The general manager Sarah was extremely rude to her employees and lacks customer service skills. When my order wasn’t ready when it said it was on the app, Sarah started screaming at her employees that she put in the Alfredo, and it should be done, after some silence she screams “I guess I’m just being a c*nt.” And looks at me in the drive-thru window to see that the window is open and stops. Regardless of what’s going on it’s not in her place to create toxic work environments, I’ve been there and done that. Sarah really shouldn’t be running a store if she can’t treat her employees with simple self respect.
Called this place for a half hour and got a busy signal, then all it did was ring for a couple more calls. Then finally when someone answered we were told they're backed up and that's the only way they could get caught up.......by taking your phone off the hook, at a business?!? SMH Needless to say, we called somewhere else. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!
The manager on 2 ND was really nice ...
Good and fast. Found it kind of rude of the employee to go out ask for a tip.
