I order from the app all the time and never have this issue when I order in greeneville. But when I’m in Morristown and want something quick I’ve stopped here. Well app says it’s ready I checked in the 2 minute clock starts and then it stops saying it was delivered to the car. This is not the case in every time my order says it is ready it ends up not.

TERRIBLE!!! ordered food at around 530pm, received a text over an hour later saying they were on the way, 30 mins after that (only work 10 mins from the restaurant) they send an email saying delivered but no driver had ever showed up. Called the store 4 times before someone would answer, then had to talk to 3 different people all of which told me 3 different story's. (Phone number was wrong, they were told no one ordered) so they canceled the order. They offered to remake the order at no charge and then called back AFTER they remake the food (3 hours later by this time) and tell they cant deliver unless we pay. Ridiculous!! The time before this should have been the last time, the food was 2 hours late, and cold by the time we got it. I will never order from here again and going by their Facebook reviews alot of other people agree.

worst dominos ever. do NOT reccomend. They will make sure your food is at least 2 hours late arriving and cold that is if you even get it at all. Sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Really upset, my pizza said it was being delivered at 7:02pm. At 7:20pm I get a call from the delivery man saying he was lost and was going to get gas before dropping my pizza off. Now it is 7:30pm and my pizza is cold. I waited over an hour for cold pizza. I only live 5 minutes from this Dominos. It seems that the drivers have other "responsibilies" then just driving down the road to deliver a pizza 5 minutes away. Very unsatisfied.

Ordered online at 5 pm. Tracker showed food ready. Drove 20 minutes to pick up food. Sat in drive through behind 1 car for 15 minutes, and they didn't get their food. Pull up to window now 1 hour 15 minutes after order placed and 35 minutes after tracker said food was ready, and was told my food was just placed in the oven and it wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes. This store needs to get its act together before they lose all business. I expect a full refund as I paid in advance.

if I could put a zero i would. I tried calling this location twice and was hung up on! I asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on. this is the location we're supposed to order delivery but no one answers the phone. we ended up ordering from the west location and they were kind enough to deliver to our house which is on the east side. oh and they answer their phone!! I would rather drive to the west location next time to get my pizza rather than being hung up on from the miller's landing location.

The staff is great! Pizza can be hit or miss on whether it is baked properly and cut evenly and all the way through.

We love their pizza but we did not get all the items on our pizza we ordered. When I called they said they didn’t have the item, however they never called to tell us that when I had given them our phone number when I ordered online. I did call when we got home with our pizza but all I got was sorry about that. May have to think twice about ordering again from them.

Let me start by saying that my family loves Domino's pizza. The pizza itself isn't the issue. We live on the east side of town, so we have to order from Domino's east. My son and I both tried calling to place an order Wednesday evening but everytime we called we got placed on hold for 10 or more minutes and then hung up on. Finally my son kept calling them back until he got a chance to talk to someone. I'm not sure of the guys name that was working but my son asked him why they kept hanging up on us and he said they were super busy. My son then proceeded to ask him didn't he think he should say something to us about it instead of hanging up on us and then he hang up on him again! If you can't trust them to talk to you then how can you trust them to make your pizza??

I placed an online order at 6:37 the email I received stated that my pizza would be delivered within 48 to 63 minutes.. normally I don't get upset over things of this nature but it took an hour and 37 minutes for my pizza to arrive. When the delivery person arrived at my home he only had half of my order and the half he had was not correct.I tried to call the store to report the problem actually calling 10 times in a 20-minute period and no one would answer the phone so I ended up having to drive to the store anyway to report the issue.Then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix the order so I'm now looking at two and a half hours for a pizza. I had to get out and drive to the store anyway which is why I chose delivery to start with........I was offered a 20 oz Dr pepper for my trouble...It is now 8:30 at night and I'm still sitting at the pizza place waiting for my dinner...So yes let's just say I'm a very unhappy customer.
