It was late when my husband got off work and all stores were closed so our options were limited. Cooutout was the only place open at the time which became a lifesaver for us. The food was good, the staff wasn't rude or showed annoyance at our order for a family of 5. We'll probably be back again. Oh the white cheddar cheese bites were really good ?
Directions where great.. Also the food was surprisingly good food fresh hot Cookout trays $6.59 each Parking is free. Not Handicap entrance friendly, You can Dine in now ,Drive through, They have high chairs for babies, 5 tables inside, We dined in . They have no soda station. They hand you your order drink and free music over head.
I always eat here when I can, it's a great place..... USUALLY. There was a big sign in the door stating the dining room was open now 10:30-9:30. When I entered the place there was NOT a table or chair in the place.... LITERALLY. Not one table, not one chair. There was only empty floors. They were taking orders so I ordered my usual... not until later did I realize they did NOT put A-1 on my steak style burger. The entire experience was a let down. Maybe the next time will be better. Fingers crossed!
Went by tonight at 9:13 and my whole order was messed up. I wanted walking tacos with my tray, but they were out so I switched to cheese bites for the sides. I wanted slaw on it but it was rang up without it, and there was only 5 cheese bites in the tray for 2 sides. I also ordered 2 extra cheese bite sides and only got one. Crazy order for $21.
Was shocked they did not have Philly cheese steak. The staff didn't even try to help me in considering other options. They where more or less happy to see me not ordering
Excellent milkshakes I think the food is really good as well. I like the tray selections that are available.
Need to be faster. Staff forgot my milkshake and since you cannot go inside I had to wait online all over again. The food was ok but could have been better
I really like cook out. I hadn't eaten here much until this past year, but there are often 4 of us eating here, and the prices for 4 of us are what they would be for one person at a sit-down restaurant. The food is good, and they have a lot of different menus items to choose from.
They have great selection to build your own combo meal!
I alive the quick service, kind employees, hours of operation and prices are very reasonable. Also love shake if the day.
