Me and my finance went here tonight and he turned 21 in June, now I get fake ids and stuff. But he has the paper and the hard copy of his license, they wanted to call a manager, and double check his id three times before he got to order. Then comes back to our table to check it again. Our waitress was smart about it. We were starving or else we were gonna get up. It was just really unprofessional how the situation was handled: I’ve worked in restaurants and she tried to make an excuse saying it was protocol. Kind of felt attacked, again I get people coming in with fake ids but we have engagement rings and tattoos, if we wanted to use a fake id why would we go to chilis?
First time eating here it was really good I enjoyed the ribeye The cheese curds were good too really nice grilled asparagus, nice bar drinks too. Forgot to take pictures. Service was amazing too thank you for a good meal.
First time eating here. Ordered fajitas and a burger. The burger was cold , and the fajitas were burnt to the bottom of the skillet. I usually love Chillis but this one was one of the worst I've been to. Also would like to note this location is not clean. The vents above the booths are caked in filth and the floor looks like it's never been swept. Overall not a positive experience - won't be back to this location.
Good Food!!! Dessert to die for... Hot chocolate lava cake with vanilla bean ice cream.Best part was having a meal with my Best Friend!!!
We ordered well done burgers and this is what we get. Very nasty and plus we didn't get all the food we ordered. This is a huge disappointment. A waste of $40.00
The ribs were really good. Only complaint is that I had ordered the barbecue ribs and they came with no sauce. Had to ask for barbecue sauce for my ribs and then they only brought me a tiny little cup of it. Other than that it was good.
Awful,just awful says it all. We were a party of two; i got my meal and 12 minutes later my companion's dinner arrived. No one came and checked on us at any point in time. We sat in the bar area, as is our preference,but the lighting was garish,way too bright. Also the half empty bar was a filthy mess,not pleasant surroundings at all. We saw our server when we ordered drinks and also food,then she was MIA until she asked if we wanted the check. Previously, we've always enjoyed our visits to Chili's,but this was time was just awful. I'm left with no desire to return.
Not sure if I just came at the wrong time, but this restaurant was filthy. Men's rooms were disgusting. Seems like there is a thin layer of grease on everything. Wife's chicken was undercooked. Wait staff was alright, but the cleanliness, or lack of, was kind of alarming. 3/5/2022 2:00pm ish
I don't know if all Chili's are like this one because it's the first and only one I've ever been to but the food was really good and well priced. I felt like I got plenty to eat and the price was pretty low. I've ate here 3 times now and I've had no complaints. The service is friendly and quick, good food, and cheap. I plan to visit again in the near future to try some more stuff.
Chili’s is a hit or miss for me. I have kinda had to play around and try different things to find what I like best, but they have a wide variety of foods on their menu! Their salsa is a must for anyone visiting and is always a great food to bring gatherings! Their ranchero chicken tacos are my current go-to when visiting! The staff are always super nice and helpful!
