Wow! What an awesome peach milkshake! Tasted like homemade Ice cream and fresh peaches! It was amazing! Best I’ve ever had. Hubby and I got Cobb salad and chicken strips! Delish! Best fast food restaurant around! You won’t be disappointed!

What more can be said. It is Chick-fil-A. They are super awesome. We called an hour ahead, asking if they could accommodate a bus of about 60 students, and they were extremely willing to help. They made sure to get names so food could be delivered to the correct student. All the food was hot, especially with the number of people. Overall, I have a great appreciation for places that can accommodate a large group of students, and Chick-fil-A never disappoints.

Known for being slow so that is part of getting food here. It's slower than most CFA's so set your expectations low. I am done with this location. Tonight I had to throw away a tea since they dared to serve it. I watched the employee almost drop it since he picked it up by the lid and spilled a bunch of it. In his haste to catch it he stuck his FINGERS in the cup. Then proceeded to wipe off the outside of the cup and fill it back up then serve it to me. If this is the level of service from the slowest fast food place in town I don't need to come here. Plus, this makes one question a lot more about their food handling and sanitation. As a CFA Signature Member I can say without a doubt this is a terrible location that apparently needs so much work.
The Chick fil A in Knoxville TN on Broadway is the best around. We have became regulars lol. We go atleast 3 times a week. Love there energy.. Great great place to eat

Great food , always fresh!!!Only wrong thing I've encountered is them not putting a straw I'm my bag on a few occasions... so it can become a pain when having to go back through drive thru especially when in a hurry , just for a straw they forgot.m. but again great. Hot food...
Their chicken nuggets are so tasty! Due to inclement weather we had to wait until the drive up was open to place the order but they were still super fast!! I love ? Chick FIL A
