Great combo meals $4.99 & $7.99 . fish ,shrimp,hushpuppies,bake potato ,and a drink. Also okra.Was awesome everything was perfect. Except one thing an older lady was rude about a drink my bother in law ordered (water ) and warned him not to get a soda in the clear cup it's for water only. Gotta be kinda me.but of course some people can't see the so called blue button for water which needs to be bigger to see lol. Plus he had replied he would pay for it but still rude lady .it's how she didn't was not accepted. Needless to say I will not return to this establishment until she's gone. I didn't feel comfortable and unwanted here.

Firstly, it took over 15 minutes from the time I got into the drive thru line, until we received our dinners. Secondly, dinner was pitiful at best. We ordered their catfish and shrimp combo and a southern style white fish dinner. The picture for the combo was deceiving, at best. It showed a nice thick piece of catfish and 6 shrimp, with a side and a drink, for $6.99, but what we ended up with was maybe 3" long, maybe 2" wide, and as thin as a napkin. The mac and cheese that was ordered as a side was creamy, but had no flavor, at least the southern fish dinner was a big enough piece of fish, that I could share it. I also asked for both tartar and cocktail sauces, but got 3 cocktail sauces only. This is not the first time that I've had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant, but it will definately be my last. I'll be going to Long John Silver's from now on.

The service is ALWAYS amazing. No matter who's working! But I have noticed, & folks have too, that the quality of food served has slacked waaay off! I literally drove 7.2 mi home & I swear everything was cold & seemed like it had been sitting out for a LONG time! My parents are more seafood & fish connoisseurs& I mean it don't matter if it's raw, fried, grilled, or a big ol pot of leftovers (aka casserole, gumbo, or stew!) all mixed up together! Basically, for them to even say they were dissatisfied, or just say it was 'alright', speaks VOLUMES!!

We went in today around 330pm, we asked the man standing at the register a question about the menu. He rudely just pointed at the menu. When we clarified our question, he still didn't answer. We had never seen him before, but his Customer service is definitely lacking. He had plenty of stories about how people can sue you and report you to human resources for anything. Nothing he did or said made us feel welcomed or comfortable.

Had my first really bad experience there today. Just got fish and fries, the fries were lukewarn at best but the fish was horrible. One piece I really couldn't figure out if it was actually fish... the breading was kinda gooey and the other had black chunks all over it from a dirty fryer.

A big disappointment for the second time I was at Captain D's. The first time I went through the drive-thru I think it was the manager got smart with us told us to come inside to order we went into order then he got smart with us again and said he did not and we left and did not buy nothing. I was not going to go back until I got a free coupon for One piece fish and fries. They told me they could not honor the coupon because it was one piece and not two pieces cuz they did not sell One piece. I am not going back there anymore they don't know how to run that restaurant till they get better management beware they may do you the same way.

First off this is a good restaurant but the night service sucks and it’s because of that little prick of a cook you have. You need to get rid of him because all he does is b!tch and moan about people walking in the door or about any big orders. Him and who I believe is the night managers (Chunky white guy that wears glasses )started telling people with big orders at drive through that it would be 30-40 minute wait time, hoping they would leave instead of wait. The manager was extremely rude to us last night. We ordered online & the app told us the food would be ready at a certain time (6:09). We went inside five minutes after this time & the MANAGER told us " You'll have to find a seat, its going to be a while". Then proceeds to berate his employee on the drive through window IN FRONT of everyone. It was so embarrassing. When we picked up our food, he continued being rude, and then we told him we were embarrassed for Captain D's & he basically told us to eff off. So. Incredibly. RUDE.

Went here to eat on 2-11-22 at 7:50 and the doors was locked went thru drive and got food and I could hear cussing and yelling thru the window high dissatisfied said doesn't close til 10 on the door but yet doors was locked at 7:50
