We always stop at this Bojangles whenever we are camping nearby. We always get a great chicken sandwich.
This location is brand new its just sad to see what it has turned out to be as far as staff and cleanliness! Listen to ML he stated facts. I had a very similar experience today and all I ordered was a bec biscuit. Horrible service. Drive thru wrapped around like always barely moving, manager in restroom for over 10 minutes while us customers stood waiting to order, the cashier was rudly bagging orders for front, filthy floors, and the other 2 workers just didn't care either....wow. I rate a 1 star simply because it's Bojangles.
Fast service from courteous staff. The spicy chicken sandwich is awesome! I always stop here when heading out to Knoxville and beyond.
My appetite and body have been abused by this poor imitation of Bojangles chicken and quality staff across the country this location #1256 has serious staff and management issues that need to be addressed swiftly with terminations across the board of staff and managers food all over the floor food burnt added dry and old chicken being sold.employees have little to no concern of the appearance of the restaurant and themselves is beyond Unclean!!!. Do not enter this location if you want to keep your good attitude toward this franchise.
Went there today. Lady behind counter wouldn't answer my questions. I ordered a number 12 with mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. She just stared at me with the a dirty look. She gave me a dirty stare. She made it clear she was annoyed we were there. Got our food and witnessed the lady behind the counter get in a loud argument with another employee that was on their break. Finally a manager came and broke it up. They need better training. Taught to be polite to the customers and answer questions. At least acknowledge your presence and take your order. The lady behind counter was extremely rude.
Just remember to ask for plastic ware two separate occasions in a row they forgot or just didn't give them kind of hard to eat mashed potatoes and gravy without a spoon fork hell even a butter knife something
Biscuit quality is never consistent. Season fries are either cold with seasoning or fresh without seasoning and most of the time their old. Chicken and everything else is always great

Extremely slow service for dine in and drive through at dinner , well over 25 min from order to actually getting food, there was a car in line while I was ordering waiting longer than me for food and he ordered before me and was still waiting after I finally got my food .
Ain't nary place like Bojangles. Them bo biscuits are great. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit is a classic. Service is always good. No problems.
