All around great experience, im from New Hampshire so we don’t have them and most of the fast food places in my area the order takers are pretty ignorant and rude but here it was a great atmosphere, great food, and I enjoyed it so anyone who gets the chance should go!
Worse customer service experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. I get bojangles breakfast all the time! I move to Morristown and visit this location for the first time and it was a horrible experience. I understand you have to get the customer through in a certain amount of time but I felt so rushed at the speaker I felt like an inconvenience to this location. Not only was I rushed but the person with the headset kept saying he couldn’t hear me. I had to get loud so he could understand me. Please get new headsets or fix the speaker please. When the DT window was opened it was my total, not hello, how are you, good morning, anything. Not Evan a smile.
There were about five cars in the drive through and about four in the parking lot. I sat in the drive-through for thirty minutes. The service here has been ridiculously slow for months now, and the orders are hardly ever correct. I ordered a four-piece supremes meal and received three home style tenders, old fries and an undercooked biscuit. This isn’t the first time this happened, so slow service and wrong orders are pretty common here. It seems like nothing is being done to fix the issue.
I hope this restaurant pulls it together...I was there on Mother's Day and I could see it was busy, very busy. Today being hard for me seeing how I lost my mother recently, was not the day for this nonsense. Having worked in the food industry for years there is a certain way you treat people and ways you simply do not. I ordered my food and the lady was rude over the speaker..so considering everything, I tried to understand. I pull around and one of my drinks were missing, so I say "One of my drinks are missing, the Pepsi.' She then grabs her headset and starts hitting her head and slapping herself and proceeds to roll her eyes. All of this in front of my son. I told her "Nevermind , I do not want anything." Food was cold, no forks..etc.25 mins to get my food. If this restaurant keeps this up, I honestly do not see it being in business very long. Get it together, hire folks that know how to treat customers, do better.
Great chicken! Breakfast is great, but I prefer getting lunch.
I was greeted as I walked up to counter with a friendly smile and a very cheerful employee. She was patient as I looked over the menu and placed my order. My food was hot and fresh and the eggs were just perfect! I ate in a clean dining area and enjoyed my food and my visit there.
Hot and crispy fried chicken, friendly staff, discount for veterans. Whats not to like?
1/04/2022 10:50 am. We dropped in after a doctor visit for a quick breakfast biscuit. The biscuits were fresh and delicious! We got our food to go but in my opinion we met the most kind and precious human I have ever met! Cashiers name was Kat! She was kind and attentive as soon as we walked in. As she was gathering our order my husband thanked her for serving during these difficult times. She was so appreciative of his acknowledgment. And we just had a really special moment of being thankful for even the smallest gifts in life! Name it, believe it, claim it! I don’t know what they pay this woman, but I can tell you it is not enough! I will be going back more often just in hopes of seeing Miss Kat!
Their biscuits are so good and their chicken is kinda zesty with a kick of black pepper, so good!
Went through the drive thru and they didn't give all of my order. The chicken if you can even call it that was dried out called and spoke to the manager and she sounded like she was high she was slurring her speech and kept dropping the phone.
