Prejudice experience!!!I visited this location 5/24/22 my first time ever and the customer service was terrible and embarrassing. When it became my time to be serviced I wasn’t greeted by the cashier named, Cathy. When I approach at counter she said, “ is this for dine in or carry out,” I smiled and replied, “ hi how are you,” she replied by saying, “I’m good, is this dine in or carry out.” I replied, I’m doing good as well”. Next, I had asked for someone else to ring me up, she replied, “ so you don’t want me to ring you up,” I replied, “ no, I was never properly greeted, and then when I did greet you by asking how you were you still never asked me how I was”.So then she called for a lady name Megan to come and ring me up. Cathy informed Megan of why I wanted her to ring me up before Megan approach the counter. Once Megan approaches the counter to ring me up, Megan failed to greet me with a “hi how are you”. Therefore, I greeted Megan with a “hi how are you”. Megan replied, “I’m good. How are you?” I replied, “I’m good. thank you.”As I was waiting on my food. I noticed that Cathy began greeting every white person that came after me with a smile on her face. I did call and make a complaint with the corporate office asking that the owner of this location reaches out to me to discuss the issue. However, I do feel that this experience was prejudiced because Cathy never apologized to me, not once; and Megan even being informed about the issue still failed to greet me and apologize for Cathy’s ignorance. I do not believe that I will return to this particular location in the future.P.S. they weren’t busy at ALL!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF THE BEST! I am never disappointed, shorted or experience any bad service. Matter of fact Arby's employees in Morristown ,TN are always professional and delightfully friendly. The food is beyond delicious and the menu is always offering something for everyone and the portions are just right. Please consider opening a store on the East end I know that it will stay busy.

Got Buffalo wings. Way better than expected. And so much food for so little money. Also, excellent customer service.

Service could have been better but they did what they could with little knowledge. Great food though!

I had the French dip meal, my wife had the crispy fish sandwich. Loved them both! Service was a little slow but I know it's hard to find hard working people these days so I figure they are somewhat shorthanded.

Not a good night. Food forgotten and not fresh. Forgot sauces. The manager had her hands full with a couple employees. She was doing the work of 3 so kudos to her.

Was sitting at the drive through for 10 minutes. 3-18-2022 at 9:40 p.m. They still have yet to take my order. Won't be back for a while.

I tried the bacon/brisket Flatbread sandwich and it was really good. It could have used more sauce on it though.The crinkled fries were tasty. But we're lukewarm at best.

I dont doordash often, but i will say i will never order from here again.. Absolutely horrible experience with the app. Ive used it twice now and both were pretty bad. Didn’t receive my FULL order of curly fries. Missing sandwiches from my order and got a sandwich that i didnt even order. Honestly yall should just drop doordash because your workers just dont know how to use it.

They got rid of their ham which was all I really liked there. The chicken can be bought elsewhere that's cheaper and tastes better. If you like roast beef that's pretty good according to my husband. The staff are ok some are a bit inattentive. I've been there significantly less since they took out the ham items. I only go there for shakes and curly fries at this point. Sorry guys.
