My visit was my first time there it was a Great Experience. The cashier's was very patient and helpful. There was only one person in front of me in line l enjoyed that.We Dine-in the area was very clean, very spacious, and very quiet. The food looked good and tasted very good. Zaxby's is a very good alternate to the highly regarded "Chic-fil-a" franchise. In fact, sometimes their line is just as long as the ones at CFA. My go to order is the Zaxby's Club Sandwich sans the mayo. I believe they recently dropped this sandwich, but I am sure you can find something just as appealing on the menu. Also, don't forget to wash it all down with a Seagram's Cherry Ginger ale. One of my favorite Coca-cola "freestyle" machine options!
They gave great food, it’s just I order 2 cookies to go with my order and they didn’t give me my cookies.

Love their blue grilled chicken salad. It is my favorite. The blue cheese is delicious and always fresh
They cancel your orders through Doordash often and with no reason. When the food does get to you, the wrong items are sealed in the bag.Why is your business online for doordash when you get to pick and choose what time of day you actually fullfill orders?When going for pickup they make you wait after going through the drive through, which is understandable; but then they also still hand you a sealed bag with the wrong items. This has happened constantly at this location. Their employees are hostile when approached with issues and the environment is so unwelcoming it makes me want to never visit any of your other locations again.
Had the cob salad, nice sized portion. A little pricey but everything thing is nowadays. Long line but worth the wait.
Sub par location. Fairly easy order but got it wrong. Even gave me a gallon of unsweetened tea, labeled as sweet! I’ll find a different location to visit when I’m in Memphis.
Drive thru moves quite slowly but food's always hot & delicious.
