This zaxby’s is the only one I go to. I come every now and then for lunch since it’s so close. The service is quick and punctual due to people coming on their lunch break. Today I experienced something I never have. My favorite this to eat here is wings and things -traditional. Today not sure if my wings were fully done or not but after eating just ONE I got really sick. Vomiting and stomach pains. I suggest y’all really go through the batch of old chicken and good chicken. I’ve been vomiting since 12 on my lunch to now which is 6pm .
The salmon was delicious!!!! We were traveling and needed to find fish for Friday in Lent. Great find!

Really wanted some Buffalo style Zaxbys boneless wings. I had a procedure in the hospital @ noon so bye 3pm I was ready to eat. The chicken had been up since that morning, it was hard & they gave me: Hot Honey mustard . The fries were Good n fresh.Please remember I really enjoy Zaxbys an this is So True if You want fresh, call in your order. That's it.
The African American lady at the window on 2/9/22 at 10:40 am has the most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced! I ordered sauces to go with my food! She said girllllll!!!! ( with an attitude) here you don’t have to pay for them and slammed the window! Lady you chose to work at Zaxby’s! It’s very uncanny to treat people in that manner that’s patronizing a business that gives you a pay check! Very disgusting personality! I hope she finds the happiness she needs so she will be nice to others In return! You never know what anyone is going through. But it’s always nice just to be nice! I hope this reaches her!
Had a procedure done and couldn't eat until 3pm. The wings were cooked hours ago . If I hadn't been hungry I would of taken right back. Two star's because the fries were good.
My son and I got food poisoning from this location today. I think it was the fries as my son literally had one bite of chicken.
Dissatisfied customer brought my fiancé a salad from here after she had a long hard day she wanted something quick so she could get home and rest. Well that didn’t end well she complained about red welted salad (meaning you should not eat it) but I told her I’ve eaten welted salad before and never had an issue so she trusted me and kept eating ? than she came across a blue egg her eggs part of it was blue that was the last straw we will be returning for a refund tomorrow. It’s a bit upsetting I know you can’t expect a business to be perfect all the time but the welted lettuce we gave it a pass but blue eggs? Come on guys we have to do better would never eat here again but will definitely say the manager was nice to offer a remake over the phone but only if I brought the blue egg with me ? but my money back will definitely solve the issue see you guys Tomorrow thanks ?
