Table was dirty when we came in, when asked to clean the table waitress only cleaned half. Food was not brought to us at the same time ..got waffles first..got egg and 1 piece of bacon...waitress bought second piece later. Before I left my stomach started to hurt, by the time I got back to hotel I had diarrhea. The cook the whole time we were there was complaining how much his back hurt..and that wasn't going yo br cooking alot if food. ( They had just got a big call in order..and several walk in for to go orders). I got tired of his cussing and complaining. Will not ever go back there again.
This place has gone down hill. We went and got something to go. We placed our order and some people came in to dine in and we went to waif in our truck. We come back in thinking our order should be ready ,but it wasn't because the people who were dining in got their food first. So we had to wait another 15 minutes or so. And the girl who took our order acted like she didn't want to be there and almost acted like we were bothering her by placing our order. We will not be going back to this location anymore.
Absolutely non existent service! They don't allow dine-in after 10pm and have no issues making people wait in frost weather to go on a smoke break. But they have a sign that says 10% service charge automatically added. I decided on principle to starve and left (after waiting 20 mins with approx 7 others who also hadn't been served)
Great food and very nice waitress took my order and she didn't catch an attitude or get inpatient with me for constantly changing my order until I was satisfied with what I order. She even helped in picking and getting everything I wanted
Trifling how hard is it to make a egg and cheese omelette tf then gave me a cold waffle probably from the stash of already effed up orders! Turnt over my toast so I wouldn’t see it was burnt r.I.p to Memphis food ?
Clearly says they have dine in at 6 but yet they're telling everybody they're dining in at 7 because they've had killings in the area there were five people working inside Couldn't let nobody to eat
Chilvary is not dead after all.So, unfortunately we could'nt go in due to it was late and for safety they lock the doors after a certain time.And although you could order at window or call. The manager met my friend and I at the door and took our order.It was so cold.He told us to sit in car and they'd let us know when to pick up. And no he was not flirting he was actually concerned for our safety and cold.The area isn't the safest as most these days.But thank you and I wish I would've asked him his name.Oh and the food was good.I am a long time customer and prefer waffle house over ihop because their food and staff are always on point.
I had my food to go this day . Everything was just ok not the usual good the grits were a bit lumpy and the wait for the crowd. They had was a bit much yet I waited cause I had to have the cheese steak bowl although the hash were a bit crispy and the cool offered me his number even wrote it down ??I was interested in my food not numbers that he look a mess besides that it was cool
Place was experiencing a rush at the time of my visit. Staff were courteous and respectful even though you could see they were stressing. Food was made in an acceptable time considering the circumstances and was pretty good.
Tiffany was a great waitress, very friendly and nice. But it took her several tries trying to get a cook to start our food. One guy was cleaning but there were several in the back room hanging out. They came out and the employees started arguing with each other. Our waitress told someone (assuming the manager) that she was going to cook. Then our waitress cooked and prepared our food herself while the cooks and other lady stood around. Finally another guy came to help her cook but she done all of our meal herself. Also there was only 1 or 2 other tables that had people at them while we were there.
