Went for lunch and experience was not good. Not busy, about 7 patrons. Our waiter was short and dry. Took a long wait to bring out 2 bar drinks and 3 waters. I didn't recieve my water. He rarely came back to the table to check in. I didn't order food. My coworker food was good and hot but missing items. My drink was not good. Whiskey sour tasted like sour water and not prepared like I asked. Gratuity added and service wasn't good at all.
I’m giving them two stars because the drink was good. Looking at my ticket they charge $10 for a little bowl of cheese dip which they considered as a large. Also they add 18% tips to your ticket which I thought they do that only when it’s 5 or more ppl it was only me n my toddler. The food wasn’t seasoned at all just a plate full of mess. This will be my first and LAST time coming to this place. CHECK YALL TICKETS THIS IS A ROBBERY!!!
We went on a Wednesday evening they had a live band... Excellent customer service... And the food was good ?? oh oh oh and the drinks fabulous

Use to go every week but the waitresses are so arrogant since they automatically get a huge gratuity and they have attitudes and bad service the prices and the food isn't the same. Me and my girls/ dates wont go back. Its too many other Mexican or other restaurants that don't charge 18% gratuity and the food drinks and waitresses are humble!!
What more can I say about Viva Mexico it's a vibe and food is always on point
Always forget to take pictures. Had the Chile Rellenos, Viva Mexico Sampler appetizer, Burrito Jalisco, Tacos Carnitas, Fajita Chicken Baked Potato, and Vegetarian Combo #1. Everything was fantastic! Employees were great. Moe at checkout was amazing (leave her a tip she earns them ☺.

Band was great and so was the food. I ordered another drink from the bar after my bill was closed. The price was $17.99 on the menu but I was charged $19.99. When I asked about it the cashier told me that there was a $2 tax charge for To go orders but I still ended up getting served the drink in a regular glass. Hopefully if I don't finish the drink I can actually have a To Go cup since I paid for it...
CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! You will be charged %18 gratuity as part of your bill, which means that they take your right to choose what you will tip your server. And to me that is not something I’m ok with. I feel that if they do a good job I will tip well, usually over %10. But to charge without me feeling like it was worth that was something I’m not ok with. Because for one, my daughters chicken strips were so hard when they came out I couldn’t cut them and she couldn’t use her fork to pick them up. Also the menu that’s on here isn’t close to accurate. The prices were almost double. For my daughters kids meal it states a small drink was included. I was charged for that separately. And the food was just ok. Nothing stood out with flavor or presentation or anything else. The staff was friendly and that I will say. Our server didn’t even ask if we needed a refill once our food got to us. Just didn’t seem to care
