Best coffee and muffins I've ever had.
Stopped for a coffee and this place was awesome. Great selection! I loved all the quirky mugs around the shop! Service was friendly and helpful. Also, cannot wait to brew a cup of butter pecan coffee at home!
I have travelled to many cities in the U.S. and other countries. I always get coffee where I travel. Ugly Mug coffee is hands down, the best coffee ever. Their service at their stores is excellent as well. I now drink Ugly Mug coffee at home (I order online their coffee beans) and when out. I highly recommend!
I really want to like UM: it's local, it's kitschy, it's very close to my house. However, the coffee is typically too weak and the only vegan item on the menu is a pack of Kirkland hummus and prepackaged baby carrots. It's good as far as it goes, but it's not hard to do a little more and have a few great products. Also, I was surprised at the amount of old, dusty appliances on the ceiling, often just above food & drink prep areas.
This place is so cute! It has patio seating as well as a drive thru. The service was amazing ! And it was so cool in the inside! I had a snicker doodle latte which was amazing
My partner and I were really excited to try this place because of the good reviews. When we got there, the cashier was incredibly polite, but we ended up waiting about 15 mins for a mediocre latte and a watered down macchiato. The reason why I’m leaving a poor review, however, is because we watched at least 9 people who arrived after us, half with similar orders, receive their drinks first. When I asked the barista how long it would take for the drinks, he mumbled something incoherent and walked away. During this time, I watched three of the male baristas stare at myself and my partner and whisper to each other with unpleasant looks on their faces while looking at us. Please treat all your customers with the same respect regardless of what they look like. We did not do anything that would warrant the level of discomfort and poor service.

Caramel latte was yummy. Staff super friendly. Also got breakfast sandwiches which were good. Ordered black coffee as well.Tasted a bit burnt.
I really do love this place. Much better coffee than Starbucks, great pastry and food selection, and small space makes it feel very homey. I’ve loved it since high school back in 2014!
