Unfortunately, Ubees seems to be going down hill really fast. I purchased 2 burgers and 2 orders of "cheese beans" and it cost me $50. The food was ice cold and as I was picking it up at the restaurant I was told to make sure I tip by someone working behind the kitchen. Craziest part of it all was the fact that they now charge $4 to get lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup and mustard on your burger. Take a look at the picture to see the quality of toppings I received.. Ubees used to be the spot for late night food and now its total garbage. You're better off going to Wendy's and getting a 4 for 4.
First time coming here! The drinks and environment were great, but the initial customer service was weird and awkward. I was a little intimidated to order. The food came out wrong for me and my friend, and it took awhile to bring out the correct things. I will come back for the drinks, but I don't know about the food unfortunately.
Customer Service is non existent. Called their phone 3 times to place a take out order. No answer. I drove up there 10 minutes later. Literally no customer is in the place. Not sure what's going on, but they need to lower the music volume maybe to hear the phone ring? But what do I know.
I called to order delivery and the girl answered with the introduction “ubees” no hello or anything but I didn’t understand her so I said “is this ubees” and she hung up on me. I called back and she rambled on about scam or something so I said “I’m so confused I’m just trying to place and order” I continued with the conversation trying to place an order for delivery she states “we don’t deliver since Covid”…Covid has been in effect for 2 years. That doesn’t make sense. You should update your website. Also I used to could order using Uber eats and now I can’t I’m sad about that. I am just leaving this review because your website is wayyyy out of date if you guys aren’t delivering due to Covid.
High prices crappy service weak drinks a rip off
Food was not great and the trivia when I was there on Friday was not pleasing.. it was actually racist. Asking about what presidential candidate found that the N word was used .... while I was there and other black customers were there. NOT good!!! Need to understand customer base and the trivia game needs to be sensitive to customers. Especially diverse customers.
Cool spot to chill have a drink and hang out with friends. They even have karaoke. Affordable late night eats, cooked to order, so there may be a bit of a wait. Burgers are similar to Dyer burgers but better. Friendly staff.
Terrible food, the burgers lacked flavor and toppings,the fries tasted old, the BBQ nachos were the worst I have ever had not mention the spinach dip tasted very bad.I got charged 3.13 for a delivery fee even though I ate there.There sound system was terrible.Save your money it just ain't worth it here.
