Okay we came for a birthday celebration and were simply not pleased with our service or drink quality. Pictured is an Amaretto sour was their second try. The drink was very thin. I asked for fish and grits NO COLESLAW as you can see i had more coleslaw than anything. My bestie had pasta. Our server, Kayla, asked her if she wanted garlic bread however we were unaware that it was a “basket”. Overall we left unsatisfied. However, I’m giving 3 stars because the spinach dip was the saving grace !

So relaxing and such the perfect location for a late afternoon drink on the porch. Service was great and the cocktails and sliders were delicious!

If you're wanting you food or drinks sometime this century, maybe go somewhere else. My wife and I sat for 10 minutes before anyone asked us what drinks. She ordered a beer, a whiskey for me. 20 minutes later the waitress says the bartender is still making our drinks. Finally brings her the wrong beer. After waiting 10 more minutes we left. No one ever brought our drinks, took our order or acted like our business was important. I understand places are understaffed, but this was beyond ridiculous. Definitely a laid back serving experience.

We had heard glowing reviews of this restaurant from various friends. We stopped by on a Saturday morning with family, for a lite breakfast / lunch. The wait staff was friendly, although our waitress was new and could not answer any questions we asked of the menu items. We had a collection of different items, pancakes, sandwich wraps, artichoke dip, and coffee / tea. The food was O.K. but nothing outstanding. The service was O.K. but nothing outstanding. I was disappointed there are absolutely no views of the river from inside the restaurant. I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant, but it was underwhelming after all we had been told.

I’ve had chicken and waffles before it was ok. The waffle could have been cooked a little bit longer but the casual dining experience was definitely there. The Jack Frost mimosa is delicious. The deck hand breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable. The pancakes were soooooooo delectable. I can’t wait to have them Again they were perfect with the eggs.

Who doesn't Love, #Tugs!Great Drink Specials & those Spicy Asian Chicken Wraps are so Delish! Love their outdoor patio with amazing views... especially at Sunset on the Mississippi ?

Server: ArmoniMy first visit. I am sure to visit again. We sat at bar. Armoni was support friendly and her customer service was excellent. She made us feel like we were at a bar similar to the one in the hit TV show Cheers. My food was very good. Spinach dip was fairly tasty. I might add a hint more salt for taste. I went with the chicken pasta for entree. I enjoyed my peppers being cooked before being tossed with pasta. Drinks were delicious and relatively cheaper than other places in the vicinity.

Got my order thru Uber eats everything looks good except the small cups of rice to go with the gumbo… don’t know if that was a joke or how you serve the gumbo? But for the most part it pretty good

WARNING: my boyfriend got terrible terrible food poisoning an hour after eating their bison burger. Stay away. It was a very long night?I give one star for the pretty location and my chicken pasta and cake was excellent! But the food poisoning.. simply unacceptable :(

Went to tugs at 11 am . Just wanted a small lunch. Asked for the sliders which is a happy hour item. I told them I didn’t care about the happy hour price could I get the sliders. NO you can not. Why is that an issue if I’m paying full price charge me for a regular burger. But they would not sale me sliders because it wasn’t happy hour. What happen to customer satisfaction? Needless to say , I’ve had to many bad experiences at this place and will not be returning.
