Very good atmosphere ! every one is so nice and energetic and always being nice energy . The food is great and the smoothies are to die for ? 10/10 would recommend

Time to pick a place for lunch and tropical smoothie cafe was the place today! I once thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant when I was living in Florida. I like the smoothies and the food choices are tasty and they usually offer a vegan choice instead of the chicken when picking a menu item. I went with the hummus veggie extra onions of course and added jerk sauce. I had the jalapeno street corn a and an avacaloda smoothie and did so enjoy my meal. I appreciate the heavy dose of onions and the quick and courteous service, not to mention a clean restaurant.
I have frequently attended this tropical cafe and others. I almost always order the same thing and do a substitute of a particular item but on this day, at this particular location I was told I couldn't. I know one thing for certain customer service is key and essential in the food industry. This debate I received from this employee was ridiculous and very much not needed on a hot afternoon. I will avoid this location in the future.
I got a smoothie today usually it be good but it was sloppy and tasted like straight up water had them redo it still the same
I’m not sure if the chicken was undercooked or what happened but I ate a wrap here last night and literally threw everything up within an hour
Got the sunrise sunset smoothie today 4/29/22 around 10am, and by noon it came back up… I’m pretty sure this place has given me food poisoning, maybe from using expired juice in their smoothies? Not sure but beware, this is the only thing I’ve had today and it’s definitely what’s made me sick.
The manager and the staff go above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied! Their smoothies are top of the line and every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and I definitely leave with a smile on my face. This place has the best smoothies ever!
