Great place to eat! The dynamite rolls are ?? however it's best to order ahead. Because the wait is long. Enjoy!!!
This place has terrible service and the food is mediocre at best. I definitely would not recommend.
I ordered three orders of fried rice and one happened to have a strain of hair inside (the other two were fine) so I called back to the location on Kirby and was told to bring it in. I did so and instantly two workers laughed and said they’re hair isn’t that “thin” nor was anyone’s hair “cut” like that. I explained that it definitely wasn’t mine due to finding it in the middle of my food and that I’m a black girl with an entire different hair texture than the hair found. I asked for a refund for that part my order and the only option they gave me was to get it remade with the worst attitude ever. They kept stating rudely that it’s not their hair and I was never given a refund and I definitely didn’t eat the “fresh” order that was given to me within seconds. The customer service was terrible for the first time and that’s definitely my last time ordering food from them for simply not having the decency to take accountability for their own mishap.
I have been studying Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, and mandarin and a little of the Fuzhou dialect . The way they speak about people of color in their language is crazy and disrespectful I recommend that we stop supporting them. They are extremely rude and would not make as much money as they do if it weren’t for us. After hearing how disgusting they spoke about some of the customers in their language I will never eat here and will tell my family and friends to stray away from this place. They’re all short with horrible tempers and attitude .
My favorite place to get sushi but today I called my order in at 4:25 and they said 20min so I arrived around 4:40 but didn't receive my order until 5:15 so it took 50min to receive only 3 hand rolled sushi, very disappointed and I didnt get any Wasabi or ginger and I never usually have to wait that long or have any problems guess it was just a bad day
Food is amazing but waiting an hour for an order I was told would only be 20mins (ordered ahead of time) is not good.
I always like the food at Tokyo Grill. However, I wish something can be done about the actual restaurant. It started out above average in it's decor, but now with the pandemic that has gone down. Maybe they need to make a decision if they will be a take out location permanently and it will help with how they want to structure the restaurant. Hopefully, it gets all worked out.

It was quick,affordable, and most importantly Delicious! I high recommend. In fact, I took my sister last night. She and her husband loved it!
