I was at Tim’s about 5:48 on a Sunday. The cashier was nice and very respectful. However A worker with dreads and one with glasses were very unprofessional. They were cursing while customers were in line and the store. They food was good, but some of the employees need to be retrained. It was other GROWN adults in there. I won’t be back!!!!
Love the food (especially the philly steak)! The line can be long, so it might be better to order the food ahead of time for pick up. Even if you don't do pick up, the food is worth the wait!!!
This is the worst. Grease need changing took a hour to get this gross fish. Never going back.
I go inside and placed an order and the cashier had a pistol sticking out of his pocket! After 20 mins I asked "How long before my order was up?" He said "It will be ready in a min." After 10 more minutes, I look in the back and the cook was on facetime for at least 15 minutes before he did anything. I finally got my food after 15 more minutes! I was there an hour for two 10 peices!
We Did not get what We ordered, my fries were burned. Ask for lemon pepper wings and got just regular no seasoning.Plus you all have gotten extremely expensive.
Just received burnt onion rings - over cooked fish and shrimp as well. Not sure what happened to Tim’s/ but today on a scale of 1 to 10 - this order was easily a negative 3
I would highly suggest to never order from here for delivery, you will not get what you ordered. This place can't even get their normal menu right, let alone any special requests. You will be charged for any extras and you will not get them. Pathetic.
I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and wing combo with no onions or peppers. Add pickles and tomatoes. I ate almost all of my meal and half of my sandwich, and I noticed 2 stems in my sandwich. It made me feel sick. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager and he stated it probably came from the pickles. I think different, and if so why leave them in the sandwich. I will not eat there ever again. I feel so violated.
In the beginning Tim's food and service was great. Unfortunately for me and my wife the and the food quality has dropped. Thank for the good memories but good bye.
The service has gone down tremendously here. In the beginning it was GREAT! The Lemon Pepper wings are seasoned with rosemary or something but definitely NOT Lemon Pepper!
