I went here for the 1st time Wednesday March 23rd and I must say from start to finish it was a great experience!!!!!!! The young lady at the register, that also took my call prior to me coming, was very Polite and Professional!!!!!!!! The Wings, Okra, and Fries were good!!!!!! I highly recommend this location ?? Let me add the food was cooked to order so it was FRESH AND HOT!!!! I'd rather have to wait for FRESH, HOT FOOD than go in and out and get some old and cold food! Keep up the great work ❤️ ? ?
This is just plain being greedy. Upcharge for sauces and seasoning? Don't get me wrong I understand it's extra ingredients being used but when you are already paying $20 for 5 whole wings that stuff should be included. I get wings are expensive now but this is out of hand. Wings were good but not worth the price. Went with a friend and our ticket was $50. Happy I finally tried it and was able to see what the other reviews said. Shame you guys probably get a bunch of one time customers I know I'm one of them.
I absolutely love their food, but these waiting times are RIDICULOUS. I just left this establishment had waited over an hour for my food and when it was finally ready it was still incorrect. Please work on time management and also it was a lot customers whom had pick up orders whom also still had to wait a long period of time for their food.
I purchased a 10 pc whole wing. I was told 25 minutes, but was called after 15 minutes. They were undercooked. Practically raw. The okra was overseasoned. Too much salt. The only reason I didn't take them back is because the weather outside was bad. Snow and sleet on ground. Never again. They've lost my business.
I don't know why there is a difference in food quality but this location has the BEST customer service and BEST quality of food. I live in Bartlett but will drive the extra mile because the location in my area has poor service.
Their wings are so SO good ? anytime I'm craving wings this is what I want and anywhere else is just not the same. Only 4/5 stars because the food is a little more expensive and there is usually a long wait.

Their customer service is poor.. The lady that they have answering the phone do not know how to take orders.. I made it there after my estimated time that they said my order will be ready.. but once I got there they was just placing my order.. all because the lady who took my order over the phone was so focus on me paying over the phone then actually listening to my order.. I would not eat from there ever again.. I do not play about food that I pay my hard working/earned money for
Terrible customer service, two young girls behind the register and neither would acknowledge customers. Order came out wrong even after I checked to make sure she had everything. Good is good but not worth the hassle.
The address 5699 mount Mariah the costumer service is terrible. The lady at the front counter is very rude, her attitude is not that of a person who should be dealing with customers. I ask her questions about the menu and she just starred at me and said if that's what it says, then that's what it is. She gave the impression she didn't want to be bothered and don't ask no question just her out. I wouldn't recommend any costumers to a place like this with a person with such an unpleasant attitude. Very ghetto and unprofessional. I walked straight out and didn't place my order because of her bad attitude. I will be advising others of this type of service. It is certainly not a friendly, atmosphere.
