Loved the ambiance, live music was nice. Drinks were reasonably priced. The server was more interested in sitting and chatting with her friends than working. My food sat in the window for several minutes ( we could see it and there were very few people in there) had she asked how my food was I would have complained that my mac and cheese was too salty..Hadn't eaten all day was exhausted and the effort to track her down, sub it and wait wasn't worth it. No one said goodnight or thank you as we headed out the door I won't return.

We walked right in and seated ourselves around 545 pm. We started with the pork rinds, which arrived to the table so freshly made that they were still popping ... Delicious! For dinner, the two of us were quite satisfied after one perfectly done smash cheeseburger from the kids menu - plenty for an adult preferring smaller portions - and a generously-portioned club sandwich, with servings of crispy fries accompanying each. Note that the fries were described as shoestring, but actually more like regular fast-food size fries. Our server was really friendly, and super great about quick refills when our tea glasses were low.Very well-priced & a terrific (slightly early) dinner on a summer Saturday night. We will be back!

I loved this little place filled with character & characters! Can't wait to go back for more of those incredible pork tacos & elote dip. Their fries are killer good...best I've had in ages from any establishment!

The food was alright but not worth as much as it was. The crawfish mac n cheese was okay, but not at all worth $18 for like a single crawfish's worth of meat. Couldn't taste much cheese either. Drinks were good tho, the overall aesthetic of the location was cool. I loved the TV's at each booth.Overall, I feel like this place has promise, just needs to up it's food game or drop some of the prices. Bands are cool but they really could benefit from other types of entertainment too (more karaoke, burlesque, performing artists, etc). Would love to see more variety at such a cool location.

Just a few blocks away from the National Civil Rights Museum, this was the perfect place to rehydrate and get out of the heat. Full bar, small but decent beer selection, attentive but unaggressive service, and an iced rail to rest our beers and water on while we decompressed. What more could you ask for?! This goes on my Memphis recommendation list for sure!

Props to the webmaster and photographer, their work drew me in and that’s where the anticipation was quickly extinguished. I went in thinking we were going to more of a restaurant and less of a bar but the Vault is all bar with food. The first warning was that nobody knew the protein of the day in the gumbo. Waitress asks manager who asks the chef who looks in the in the gumbo, strains some and says seafood. We should have headed the warning but nooooo.Warm Caesar salad, dry po boy roll, and eh Smash Burger. The crawfish Mac and cheese was tasty but the crawfish were rubbery and fishy.Second warning not followed was the packs of plastic silverware.Won’t return

Would not recommend if unless you really think the bartender straight up entering the wrong tip amount on your bill after you’ve tabbed out. On top of that, if you enjoy attempting to call the number listed (only to never be answered) driving down to the establishment, confronting the bartender on duty and all they choose to do is hand you paper and pen so you’ll write down your info for them to “get back with you later” (spoiler alert, they won’t). Simply can’t rate this place higher for legit being robbed, my only crime was thinking you could place trust in someone that they wouldn’t F with your money ???????? thanks for the experience I’ll surely never forget

After a picnic overlooking the Mississippi River, we stopped by The Vault for libations. My sister, overdoing it, had vodka with Red Bull, a Long Island Iced Tea, and a White Russian. She undoubtedly was very happy. My husband opted for a Long Island Iced Tea and a scotch and soda. I, the careful one, had Memphis Made Fireside on draft. We sat on the patio, people and car watching. Easy place to be. Friendly folks. Great waitress, very attentive but not overbearing. Hit the spot.

We were there for almost two hours and only received our appetizers. They weren’t busy, so that wasn’t the reason. We just asked to cancel the food order and get the checks. There were only two tables occupied when we arrived. I understand that businesses are short staffed, but this was just absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t take that long to make two sandwiches, a salad and a burger. The Cook was in the back on his phone and I truthfully don’t think the waitress even put out actual food order in.

Good food but service was very slow.
