The food is good! But customer service could be better. I was excited for this location since it’s closed to me but I waited at the front to pick up my order for 25 minutes. I didn’t wanna just grab it which I could have because I already paid for it but I had to go to the bar and sit another 10 minutes just to get someone’s attention. But that’s the only thing I hope this location works on. The workers are not welcoming at all.

Walked in to place a to-go and left a $7 tip on a $94 tab. Considering I didn’t even eat there, the person who took my order said very loudly “WHO TIPS $7 on a $94?” I mean if that was really going to be an issue I wouldn’t of tipped at all. Rude employees! I work customer service myself but that was absolutely not the correct way to go about things.

We went there on a weekday. The place was empty. We waited 30 minutes (I wish I was kidding) on anybody to come to our table to take even a drink order. Nobody in sight. We just walked out. Terrible service.

The food was great and so was the service…

Came in at 10 till 5 for some dinner. We were the only 2 customers in the entire place. All 5 waitresses were in the front lobby talking and cutting up. After no greeting and asking twice was the dining room open we were seated. After not having any sweet tea my wife settled for lemonade. We were not informed of anything except what did we want to order. The food came 40 minutes later. The waitress was very inattentive. Did not recognize that my beer mug was empty until it was almost time to go. We had to share the one lemonade. The food (dungeness crab and snow crab)were presented at the table in a plastic steam bag. To say the least I gave it 1 star for the decor. It was somewhat trendy looking, but that is the only thing that kept this from being a total failure. Very disappointed

Just stopped in for Sunday lunch! I can’t believe there wasn’t a crowd- not only were the seafood boils delicious but the service/staff were outstanding! My beverage was never empty, food was promptly delivered, and the courteous and friendly atmosphere was worth everything. I am not joking when I say ask to be seated at Anton’s table! He was a delight, helpful and attentive. I live East of Memphis but will make a plan to stop in again the next time I’m nearby.

Ate here Sunday 4-10-22 at around 3pm. My wife, 3 kids and myself were some of the only dine-in customers there. We waited several minutes to be seated, once the first round of drinks were served we never got another. The food came out and was very pathetic. There is more crab in this review than there was in my steam bag. Half a pound of crawfish will yield 7..SEVEN measly crawfish. Never received a check, when we got up to leave I had to find our waitress eating at a dining table to pay. Could have and should have just walked out.

My food is always fresh and hot. The thing I enjoy most about the Wolfchase location is the service. Antawn is attentive but not annoying. He's such a professional and polite young man. He always has great suggestions and keep you abreasts on your production time.

Came on a Monday evening and experienced the worst service ever. The restaurant was not busy at all and it took forever just to get our waitress over to take our drink orders of just water. When we were asking questions about items on the menu before ordering such as the portion size of their fries, she would just look as if she didn’t wanna answer. The waitress finally brought our food to the table and we almost never saw her again. She never came back to ask if we were okay or if we needed refills or anything. We had to ask other workers to go get her for us. Then the food is overrated here. The corn tasted old like it had been sitting all day and the seasonings almost didn’t have any flavor. Worst seafood experience I’ve had food and service wise.
