Reading some of the posts and hearing what my coworkers said I decided to at least try the Juicy Crab. (Posts were negative but coworkers raved). It's kind of pricey but the food you get is worth it. Of course the only places better are about 600 miles away. I ordered the calamari and will never regret it. That was the first time I had properly prepared squid in years. They have reinstated the shell crackers which was a point of contention in another post. The only thing I wish is to be able to sub the potato with their fries. Even though we went on a day that they were understaffed, the kitchen and front of house killed it! I warned the hostess that I was going to come back on my birthday. I hope to get the same food and service then as well. I also wish I remembered to take a picture, but it smelled and tasted to good to wait.
They too slow why u got one waitress and no bartender working on the weekends took over a hour to get food wtf yal got do better or need to close

The waiter Will and other staff were very nice and professional but the food was so terrible. I’m a big seafood ? lover and if it’s good I will finish it all but it was awful! The seasoning didn’t have any taste it was extra greasy but there was no butter anywhere in site . It was just bad our stomachs were messed up morning after . We got the Mother’s Day special, fried green beans , hush puppies, and the wings were disgusting ?
The service started off well , drinks & appetizers were served in timely manner. After food was ordered we waited an hour for our food. I tasted my food & was not satisfied I let the waitress: bartender know I wasn’t satisfied. She immediately got a horrible attitude @ told me I couldn’t take the food off my ticket even if I didn’t like it. She brought the last of my order out & threw it on the counter from then on she was throwing things . It took another 20 minutes for the manager to come & resolve the problem I spoke with 2 managers & they both weren’t really helpful. I got a $8.50 discount but still had to pay for food I didn’t eat. The server was rude unprofessional & throwing things & kept saying things to me which she shouldn’t have . I had to ask twice for my ticket & to go box. I will never recommend or return to this place of business under any circumstances. So be aware if u don’t like their food upon arrival they will not accommodate u. The so called is policy they say they have is nowhere written on the menu or in the store. If I could give them a 0 I definitely would’ve.

Lindsey was the best server. He took our order as soon as we sat down. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. I recommend asking for him each time you dine in. He will not disappointment !
The flavor was GREAT!!!We were one of multiple large parties on a Sunday. The service was a little delayed as expected, but our waitress took care of us and got everyone's order correct. She also made no fuss about the splitting of the checks.My father has never been to the restaurant, and he was quite pleased with the flavor and the fact that the waitress gave him a military discount.
I brought my family to restaurants because of its 4.4 rating with over 1400 reviews, but the truth experience was awful. Here is why you should never come to this restaurant:1: the service was very lousy. As a crab seafood restaurant, the servers don't provide crab crack. We ordered a dozen oyster, but only came out 6, we asked for cocktail source, but it was not served. Every single thing we ordered was not delivered correctly.2: the seafood is NOT fresh. We ordered Raw oysters, and the oysters came out were at least opened a day ago (look at the picture we took for the oyster)3: the bathroom ran out of the hand soup, and it was not refilled after two reminders to the staff. COVID Is still not over, and a restaurant with such lousy senitation condition should be closed and fined for noncompliance.4: the soda we ordered tasted like from sewage, my guess: the water filter is dirty and never replaced.
First time coming here, great atmosphere and the employees are very professional. Trent was my server and he was great. Told me all the specials and made it easy for me to order by helping me with the menu. Food was really good. Definitely will be back
