Dinner was awesome. Waitress and staff in sync, very attentive and knew the menu without having to look. Will definitely eat here again my next visit. Location was tucked away (on what I like to call Wolfchase restaurant strip) and very clean. Was busy yet not crowded and there was no wait. Keep doing what you guys are doing at this location

Lost our order and had to wait 45 mins just for water, even longer for alcohol. Food arrived after an hour then had to wait 10 mins for silverware. Waitress said 3 times she was quitting then the manager apologises for poor service and offers a discount but doesn’t give us one.. won’t be back.
Always enjoy coming here but haven't since the pandemic began. Nice to order food to go now and then. Food was great though.

Place has gone downhill fast. Came in yesterday during Valentines Day early and Rude lady working there came from behind the curtain near door allowing woman who I opened door for and to go ahead me to put name on list but told me they weren’t taking names down anymore because they were to busy. I didn’t even get to the women working the list and phone callback tablet as she waved at them to not interrupt her rudeness with me. I’m active duty military and will not be coming back ever again following this disrespectful interaction with whoever this lady was.How I rate products, marketing has poisoned peoples thinking into believing anything under 5 stars is not good!5 Star Its the best possible product period!4 Star Its an amazing combination of value/quality/functionality.3 Star It just does what it's supposed to without any major flaw.2 Star It doesn't meet expectations in price/quality/functionality. Can maybe be made to work with a fair amount of effort on your end.1 Star Garbage, doesn't deliver it intended function without unacceptable compromise on your end.
When waiting to get seated, a waitress was asked by the hostess to seat us. The hostess was given a smirky look and ignored. Another waitress took us to our table. After getting to the table, the waitress came and took our drink and appetizer order. We were provided rolls when seated without butter so we asked for some. The waitress returned about 5 minutes later without the butter or drinks to let us know that they were out of the appetizer we ordered. We placed our dinner order and were told that New York Strip was not available and butter was not available for the baked potato. Okay. We ordered anyway and chose something else. Finally, after 20 minutes we got our drinks, it took another 5 to get butter by which time rolls were cold. When dinner came, my grilled shrimp was not cooked and was still cold. The sirloin fried steak ordered had brown gravy and not white gravy as was described in the menu. Half of my steak was warm and half was cold. Poor service and poor quality of food. The building temperature was cold as well. Will not recommend or return.
My boyfriend and I went here last weekend. Our experience was not a good one. It took a long time to be seated and it took a while for our waitress to come to the table.The service was terrible and very slow. She forgot things that we asked for throughout the service. The food was great. The drinks were not as good as the last time we went. Hopefully next time will be better.
We went for dinner after we dropped off someone at the airport. There was no wait to be seated but it took the longest time for the server to take our drink order and then our food order which caused us to be there way too long. Then she acted like she was rushing us out. My meat was not cooked the way I specified. So it wasn't good at all but the salad was good.
What an excellent night!! I came to Texas Roadhouse with the family. They were busy with a very small wait. Our waitress was wonderful. She was working hard in a busy restaurant on a night when most people want to be at home with their family. The food was excellent. The waitress was amazing. We wanted for nothing. She took great care of this rowdy bunch from 3 states. Go MARTINAWe will be back. Thank you for a great night
