Would have been great except for no a/c. Would be understandable if it had just quit, but was told it has been out for weeks and not been repaired. Hard to eat in 90 + temps. You would think they would let customers with reservations know.
We had reservation for 8. We waited over 40 minutes to be seated. There was no air conditioning. Management did give our group 1 round of complimentary drinks. Much appreciated! Afterwords, when we were finally seated it was hard to get any drinks for the table. Servers were not coming by frequently.
It was great.

No AC so it was hot and noisy from the fans. Hard to have conversations. Would have appreciated knowing beforehand so we could shift our plans.
The only negative was the A/C was out but it was still a tolerable temperature. Otherwise it was a great experience.
Food was very good, but the waiters were excellent. You could not ask for better food or better service. Thanks so much, Eddie Ezell
We enjoyed the restaurant. my husband had been to this one before & we had both been to one in Canada several years ago. Ther service was great thanks to Brandon, our server. The A/c was out in the restaurant, so it was warm. Our only problem was with open table. When we arrived, the reservation was made for 8/3. I specifically put in 8/1, because we would not have been in Memphis on 8/3. It defaulted to another date for the time I requested, and didn't specify that. Luckily, they were not busy on a Monday night and were able to change it.
The air was out when we went so it was warm, but not unbearable in the restaurant. The waiters barely brought any of the meat selections to our tables. We had to constantly ask for the things that we wanted!! This was the worst experience that Iâve ever had here!!
