Food was above average.The entire restaurant feels dirty; floors are slippery and tables are not thoroughly wiped down.The restrooms also needed attention.Service was ok, we had to remind our waitress about refills several times.
The worst service at any restaurant I’ve been to. Waitress stopped by our table only once to get our order and that was it. My wife found a piece of glass in her rice bowl. We have photos of it and will be contacting the Shelby County Health Department. You’re better off going to any other Mexican restaurant. Stay away from here.
Mediocre tasting food, price on the higher side, no dessert on the menu. Cleanliness could be improved. There was a long hair on our table which the server picked up by hand and removed but did not wipe down the table after that. Overall, I feel Chili's is a better value for the money (comparing to Chili's since it is everywhere).

Food was good. Found out the patio was closed. This was a beautiful day to soak in some fresh air but instead my sister and I was on the inside. The food was good and you're served a large serving. Which was great! We took home our leftover! Thanks Tkila! Wouldve been a more greater experience with the patio being open on 5hose beautiful days out!
This is a great place, normally the best service, the food is great with many choices. A bit overwhelmed right now at times because of turnover and staffing shortages, that the industry is experiencing, but you see the management filling the gaps, running food, making drinks, really invested in giving you the best experience possible. You can expect to wait Thursday and Friday, but your patience will be rewarded. Enjoy!
Our server was terrible. We waited 20 minutes after being seated to get service. She passed by us several times and nothing Thankfully the buser and other staff were gracious. We noticed that other tables were getting great service. Our food was amazing We could tell our drinks would get ready fast. We would try again..
I have never in my life after eating at just about every restaurant in the Memphis and surrounding areas experienced what I experienced today. We literally walk in and sit ourselves in the bar area. There was 4 of us and not a single sever manager waitress or waiter acknowledged our presence. Every single employee in there was either talking on their phone or to each other meanwhile 15 minutes has passed. We finally actually got a waitress to come over and her attitude was about as snobby and carefree as they come. After jumping through hoops to get the manger 5 min later she finally comes out. we are told we will not be served because no one is in this section. Ok, not an issue but us not knowing that at first you would think the manager would sit us in a different area...nope They did absolutely nothing and just let us walk out. Fire the whole staff there because no one wants to actually to be there. This was the most unacceptable service or lack of that I have ever received. I would like for the national or area manager to contact me.
Normally great but last visit was horrible from start to finish. Too long of a wait to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Saw two tables walk out. My waitress disappeared and overcharged me twice and felt like she settled it by giving me $2 out her apron. My meal was overloaded with peppers and onions and too little rice. I also received the wrong drink. And could not hear my waitress whisper through her mask.
Me and my husband went on a Saturday afternoon before they got too busy. The food, drinks, and the customer service was great. This was our first time going, and we plan to go again.
