We stopped by to treat our kids fr some ice cream. We had 5 orders an two of our orders have 2 scoops each cup. The lady at the counter was helping my husband with all our orders and she kept talking and talking and changing our orders instead of doing what we asked her to do. She told us how much our charges while texting or playing on her phone. We got home and two of our orders aren’t in the bag. It our mistake that we didn’t checked our bag before leaving but she has one job, scoop ice cream, put in the bag and charge us. We were the only customers in the store by the way so it was not a busy day.

I am on a walker and the young man behind the counter literally ran to open the door for me. I had a 3 oz. Free birthday coupon in my hand and he said "Birthday. I said yes but bathroom first. He pushed back any furniture in my path of bathroom, opened the bathroom door and àsked if I needed him to get me further help . In my 75 years of life this is THE best customer service I have ever experienced. Evidentially my disabled husband arrived, got our ice cream, sat down and watched this young man work fast, efficient and smiling wearing his mask."
There slot preppy kids and young adults go there. They nice people well dressed. Excellent family place.
Wonderful service. It was our first time and the yogurt tastes just like ice-cream and there are so many toppings to choose from. We will definitely be back.
