Fantastic food but if you enjoy the service component of eating out- AVOID or Get it to go. This is basically a fancy Garibaldis pizza. The concept of service here is laughable. You can either order at the counter or scan a QR code and order online. Either way you are expected to pay AND TIP for everything before you even get it. And if you want another beer, wine or cocktail you must open and close out another tab. No one ever came to our table and explained how the service works or identified themselves as a server. We had 1 check. All items were ordered at once in order of courses. Think drinks, apps, salad, pasta, pizza. The drinks came out. Then we waited, and waited, and waited. Finally a pizza came out, then 1 pasta dish. Still no apps or salad. Our guests refused to eat until the other dishes came out. About 10 minutes later other dishes started to arrive. Our guests food was cold at this point. Then our table was over run with dishes and plates as everything else came out at once. Kitchen clearly needs to work on timing and coursing things out. Or at the very least have someone explain to patrons how this concept is supposed to work. Someone (I assume He was the manager) explained they had a large table (that left 15 minutes after we sat) and it caused the kitchen to get backed up. We were given free dessert as amends, which was tasty, As was everything we ordered. But the service was a hot mess. They may need to shadow garibaldis and see how they make it happen and take some notes. Won’t be back to the restaurant but will certainly be ordering to go.

Keeps getting better and better! This is the place for lots of flavor and fun.

Great service but the food wasn't as I hoped it be with the ratings I received. Maybe I should have gotten a pizza. I ordered the lemon pepper fettuccine. Plenty of noodles just not enough sauce, like the noodles wasn't even covered it was so dry. Yet the chicken was very moist and the salad was good. I just wished the sauce was seasoned a little bit more. Verdi I hoped I spelled her named right was so bubbly and helpful with the knowledge of the food and beverage. Very nice atmosphere!!!

Margherita This pie had SO much sauce on it you could visible see puddles of it underneath the slices of melted mozzarella. This place is one of the new fad places that make you order at the counter or on your own phone and sit down with a number FYI they add a 20% automatic gratuity. We saw one server trying to find the correct number, I’m sure he delivered a cold pie. If you like overly sweet red sauce and A LOT of it, this is your kind of place, if not skip it. The pizzas are expensive.

Amazing food, very attentive service and AMAZING food. Great portions and I love that many of the ingredients are either made in house or come from local sources.

Lovely place with good food and super friendly people. The special Rainbow Carrots with ricotta were delightful. We also had pasta and Fromaggio pizza with garlic butter crust that were yummy. the only downside is that not all staff wore beards :-(

Ordered take out, and it is always fantastic. Have had multiple pizzas, meatballs and the garlic parmesan bread. Everything is good, and you can tell they use high quality, fresh ingredients.Treated the kids to Italian sodas and the LOVED them.

The food was amazing. All of the dishes were very delicious…when we finally received all of them on our ticket. Over the last few years I have gotten take out without any issues. Last night I dined in for the first time, and it was a below average experience. It took about an hour to receive all 5 dishes our table ordered and they came out one at a time. I never like a restaurant that does this because you feel awkward eating in front of your friends without food or you feel obligated to wait and your food gets cold. When they did bring the food out, they couldn’t tell us what the food was, so we had to just try to figure it out and hope we were eating what we ordered. We did have a party of six and seating was an issue, but one of the waitresses saw us struggling and saw that we were celebrating a birthday and helped us put together a table for six which was very nice. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or they are having a hard time readjusting to in house dining, but I think I’ll stick to take out in the future.

I gave them a 2 because the payment system was not accepting for my credit card. The waitress was evidently new and didn’t know how to assist me. They want you to order from the app not taking in to consideration that everyone is not set up to order this way. I went the to the front counter and asked for assistance and he stated they he could not assist me. He would not run my credit card at the counter. Finally the waitress showed up to my table with someone who stood over her to take my order. She ran my credit card and took my order. The food was a 4. But the overall experience was a 2. Everyone that has trouble ordering through the app is not a criminal so stop treating them that way. The place is a converted garage for locals with people that treat you like a suspect.
