Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I drive out of my way to come to this location. I literally just left another Taco Bell drive thru line to come to this one instead because it took so long. I was in and out in 5 minutes at this location. My nacho fries are always fresh from the fryer, and all of my substitutions are always correct. I’d travel to the ends of the earth for this Taco Bell
They were much better today. The young woman that took my order and gave me my food was very pleasant..It was a wonderful surprise... ?
I was extremely nice as a customer in the drivethru, but yet, I got hung up on when I called to report my food. Someone hung up on me immediately after stating my problem. Called 5 times in a row after that, and my call was ignored. If I was allergic to onions, I would have been sent to the hospital tonight. Onions was poured into both of my burritos that I paid extra for, and I don't know why. I don't eat them, and I couldn't enjoy my dinner tonight because of them. I will be returning for compensation, and I will need to speak to a manager. Stopped here for the first time, and won't be supporting anymore.
2/13/2022: - 1. Came through drive thru. Paper attached to where you order says 'Cash only.' Now were in a line and can't get out. Who uses only cash these days? 2. Drove to an ATM to get "cash," went back to this location. Ordered Nacho Bell Grande and two Soft shell taco Supremes. Get home and find the two soft shell taco supremes are pitiful looking; no sour creme and no tomatoes. A little bit of meat and some lettuce, that was it. These tacos were smaller than even a regular taco, made by people who don't care. So typical of Memphis fast food. Don't bother complaining to the Managers here because they are 'enablers.' Report it out of State to higher-ups.
Just got breakfast from there and was very unimpressed with the service. They made me back up in the drive through because they don’t want their times to look bad (which makes no sense to me). They were also very rude about it. Will never eat there again. If you want better service, go to the one on Union Avenue. It’s only two streets over and they are actually competent and kind employees

Two items missing. Half the rest made extremely sloppily. Everything was piled into one large bag. Was stupid to assume everything was in the bag. I don't expect gourmet. I mean it's Taco Bell. But it would be nice to get home with the items I pay for.This place is the same iconic bad Memphis customer service as everywhere else.
I just came this morning. There was multiple people in the building and its 11:30am so they are open. I don't care that they weren't taking orders but there was no sign up or anything so we were just waiting in line for no reason to find out noone was taking orders. I even pulled up to the window noone even came to the window to say they were closed. They basically just wasted people's time. Put a sign up let people know that you are closed or something.
My mom used to come here when I was younger so I've seen this place a lot in life. Currently the staff is very professional and cool. Check out one of those frozen ?.
The woman that took my order was extremely kind and had great customer service. The food was neatly arranged in my box (instead of just thrown in there) and they even gave me a mint and wet wipe!! 10/10! Really made my day, all other fast food places should take notes!
