Great boba drinks and the ice cream is delicious. Super cute store and merchandise. My one little critique is to please get bigger cups for the single scoop, especially when it’s specified it’s for a kid. The current ones lead to dripping within minutes and a huge mess for my younger kids. Thanks!

This place was amazing and had very friendly cashiers. I ordered two different flavors of icecream in waffle cones and a brown sugar milk tea with tapioca. It literally all tasted amazing even with it being my first time coming there. I think they make their own waffle cones which is probably why they tasted so good. The inside was really nice and I wish I took pictures of everything. Even their trash cans looked nice compared to other boba places I've been to. Definitely coming back every week.
The store looks cool, and the staff are also nice. We stopped by for bubble tea. They have such a small variations of bubble tea. I ended up having a matcha bubble tea and it was basic. My friends took mango and lychee maybe, and those were also not the best one. Another friend ordered some dark chocolate milkshake which was also disappointing. We haven’t took any ice cream, which looked delicious though. But overall the shop is nice with many tables, unfortunately it did not work out for us.
The tea wasn’t my favorite but it wasn’t horrible. The grapefruit icecream ? is YUMMY! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was the prettiest. I love the name and the entire set up. A fruit slush with Boba would have been perfect.
On a warm day, who doesn't like some ice cream? My daughter had the Bubble Tea and said it was great. When the carload is happy then that means the job was well done.
This was my first time, so this review will evolve.They had two vegan flavors when I went: dragonfruit sorbet and coffee cookie crunch (I think). I sampled the sorbet, and it was very good: nice and fruity, good texture, not too sweet. Well done. I got a scoop of the other and it was pretty good, but nowhere near as smooth.I didn't want a boba this trip,, so I didn't see if they had a vegan option. That'll be next.The place was surprisingly busy after nine on a FROZEN February Saturday night and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. There was only one remaining table and when I sat down it needed cleaning--there was melted ice cream and a little debris. It wasn't a horrible mess, but a minor nuisance.Overall this is a great addition to Broad and I'm excited for it to become an institution.
The decor and vibe of this place is top notch! They were a little busy, but it wasn't a long wait. I ordered a rose milk tea off of the Valentine's menu and it was really strong on the rose flavor, but that is really common with rose-flavored items, so I don't fault Sugar Ghost.My partner got 2 ice cream scoops in a cup, coffee cookie butter and peanut butter chocolate. The ice cream was honestly this weird crumbly texture, and not very creamy. The coffee cookie butter flavor had no flavor at all. It was slightly sweetened snow, essentially. And he said he couldn't really taste peanut better in the peanut butter chocolate flavor.So I'd go back again if I'm in the neighborhood and wanting some bubble tea, but otherwise, I'd skip itUpdate: Apparently the coffee cookie butter flavored is vegan, which my husband said he didn't notice. So it makes a lot of sense why the texture was different than usual I've cream! Because of that, I'm going to raise my reviews from 3 starts to 4. I called and asked how good the Boba Tea was and she said it was an 11 out of 10.I thought it was hype but it is legitimately a 11out of 10!!Awesome environment and the workers are nice and informative!They also like business and stay open later than most Boba places!!Go check this place out!
This place is awesome! The drinks are delicious. The decor is cute and bubbly. A young lady was in an accident right outside of the shop and they comped her drink with no hesitation. Great customer service!
