All the other reviews are correct. I love steak escape too. Just not worth it to deal with rude employees. Truly no reason for it. Also they don’t provide receipts they keep them.
This place is ran very poorly the guy forgot my double meat which cost a lot and then told me if I didn't like it don't come back he needs a reality check I just want what I paid for. Carlos is a very angry man and needs to be taught customer service not friendly and the rip you off on portions l.
Carl or Carlos tried to cheat us on our food portions. So we got our money back. Tried to give me 1/2 steak and split it between my 4 Cajun Bleu fries SMH... Not eating free lunch off us today Carl or whatever your name was! This location has really gone down bad.... The mall is keeping it afloat.... The workers surely not !! Guess I drive to Jackson TN or Ms just to get Cajun Bleu fries ?

It's a little pricey,but the cheese steak was so tasty. Realcut fries,the staff was very friendly. I will be back.
I went to steak escape inside the Wolfchase mall and got two regular chicken bacon club sandwiches. I was given hard old bread on both my sandwiches. After getting my food I went to a table sat down and opened both my sandwiches and discovered the old hard bread. I went back to the counter and spoke with the manager who was very dismissive and didn't even have the decency to look at the sandwich. He accused me of lying and stated I bought the food yesterday. The manager was very disrespectful and rude and I not once raised my voiced, used profanity, or said anything disrespectful to him. If I could give this no stars I would. They're very unprofessional.
They’ll give you old, hard bread but won’t refund you or remake your sandwich. They don’t deserve any stars.
I have lot years coming to the same place and I love it I don't care if the girl scream I don't if the carlos is bad mood I love my food. So delicius
I will never spend money there again . They sold me a sandwich with molded bread. Woman at cash register goes from handling cash and the cash register to handling food. Specifically the fries I declined fries. Never again
