Over priced and bad customer service I didn’t like how my food was cooked I told them and she basically told me how to take my food and didn’t we make it and wasn’t good at all
I been going to stax since the first day they opened in either 2020 or 2019 i dnt remember which it was but if i ever want wings i go there they never let me down and if they ever did they made up for it they are humans but out of 500 visits i may have been disappointed twice being honest and i will go back today if i wanted a 10 piece party wing w/ season fries on top of the goo quality food the prices are very reasonable Stax vs Dixie queen if the food was the same price ill choose Stax!!!! IF STAX WAS 24 HOURS THEY WOULD HAVE TO EXPAND
Got the hot and sweet dry rub wings. Very delicious and they did not skimp on the seasoning. Pretty expansive though so you're definitely paying for quality over quantity.
I went to this place yesterday evening and will not return. The wings were over cooked and barely had sauce on them.I love trying new places and supporting black own business but this was my 1st and last time . very overated
Their customer service is phenomenal but their food leaves you speechless In a great way. I will forever patronize them as long as the food and service stays this way
&& blk businesses wonder why they don’t get the support they want … Lol (I’m lol cause I’m frustrated) so I ordered a party wing combo w/lemonade and && and extra fry. I didn’t receive my lemonade or my extra fry and anyone who has eaten here at least once knows that they come with ranch and a roll which I didn’t get either. I also door dashed which makes it pricey. I received wings and 1 fry and when DoorDash contacted the restaurant. “Massy” or whoever told them they made my order themselves and that it was correct also told her that the combo doesn’t come with a roll and ranch (lies) So I paid 23 for 10wings and a small fry. Then your manager lies about it as well. You all should be ashamed. You all will not receive me nor my families business again.10/20/21 So I gave them another chance and they let me down again lol good thing is they gave me my roll (That Massy said doesn’t come w the combo) no ranch tho oh well. I posted pics as well the wings were so hard I was picking my teeth while eating them. The fries were also very soggy. I’ve eaten here 3 times the first was around the 1st wave of Covid and it was awesome, however these last two times were despicable. && then the manger lying was icing on the cake. && the excuse that the fries get soggy otw is BS because as stated 1st time I had you all was great. Worst part is you won’t refund me my money or remake the order correctly.

Nothing special the wings was ok the fries are ok the service was very good but they may do better if they more staff
40 minutes wait for wings and the food is ok. The staff is really friendly but the wait is to long
