Great place good coffee and vary friendly
I like Starbucks of course it's pricey but treat yourself. I'm a single mom of 3 boys so sometimes I splurge on my fav caramel Frappuccino and a birthday cake pops and their breakfast sandwiches are soo good
Average bucks. baristas do a good job.
Quick service.. double espresso not enough coffee, but good.
Great customer service. They know me and always know how I want my coffee.
Great Java and Teas?
Worst Starbucks experience ever. Every single person behind the counter was lackluster and sour. Took forever to get a basic coffee and then it was not hot. Long unkempt hair hanging from under a cap. Will never go back. Thankfully there are other comparable coffee shops in the area.
The staff provided perfectly good service. My issue is that the Café has no indoor seating. Not a conducive location to enjoy a beverage.
This Starbucks is so great! Any time I go, I'm greeted warmly by the employees and they always make sure my drink is made correctly. Anything you see about the place being slow is only related to high volume or traffic in their store, as it's one of the only Starbucks in the heart of downtown and is attached to a hotel. They work really hard and remember and care for their customers. Special shoutout to Quinn and H. Both awesome barristas.
Just went here today and ordered a macchiato and a frappuccino, both were awful. I guess they don't know the recipe and I asked for the espresso shots and clearly they were not added. Definitely will not be returning here. Incompetent staff apparently playing around not taking the job seriously. Definitely a waste of time and money and ended up throwing away the drinks after taking a sip.
