I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich served literally to me iced cold in drive thru I didn't realize it until I got to my residence of stay

Be aware – Starbucks is willing to take your money with a mobile order and give you nothing in return if they decide to open later than usual. App said they open at six. I ordered at 6:04 AM. Got there 15 minutes later to a handwritten sign on the door that said “open at 6:30 AM.”I pulled through the drive-through to see if it was the same, and about four or five different drinks were sitting there already made, presumably waiting for people who weren’t going to be able to pick them up.So Starbucks, if you’re reading this, this particular store seems like it’s stealing from customers.

Les Incompetents. They simply don't make some ppl's coffee and skip ahead to others. 2 stars instead of 1 cause one guy was working hard

Rating three stars because it was a extremely long wait almost 30 minutes for a small refresher. On one hand, I feel extremely horrible for these employees because they are super swamped without the help. One girl should have been focusing on mobile orders while another was doing in person but sadly my order got put last because someone can in with a giant mobile order which is extremely UNFAIR. I felt horrible for the guy behind me who ordered a simple small coffee and was waiting for as long as I was.

Not even mad I waited 20 minutes. I didn't catch their names but two beautiful barista that worked Saturday 11/13 morning shift, a young soft spoken girl with curly hair and a teddy bear of a guy with facial hair. They were sweet, patient and had great customer service even though it was just the two of them working alone with a constant 15 car deep line. I wish I had more to tip them. They deserve a big bonus. The location was at the poplar store next to olive garden. My order was perfect and they were both amazing. I hope they see this. Nurses love and appreciate you.To management, please hold a job fair, something to fill your store. Stand up for your employees so they get paid for the conditions they have to work in during this staff shortage and unemployment crisis.Customers, before you leave a bad review, take a look at your surroundings and see that often times, these workers are just doing the best they can with the circumstances and have no control over how busy it is or how Starbucks corporate manages their staffing and supply needs.

Visited this specific location on October 14, 2021. Part of my order was a slice of their Iced Lemon Loaf. Upon my return to work I placed the cake down and realized I'd paid for cake that was almost 3 MONTHS OLD!!!!! Had my lunch break not so short I would have returned and confronted management. These slices are almost $4 and should be fresh. Shame on you Starbucks. I wish I had the option of giving you ZERO stars!!!!!

I'll admit, I'm not a coffee drinker... But... Starbucks has the best Hot Chocolate EVER!!!!!

They always miss something at this Starbucks. This time it was the extra caramel drizzle which I can certainly tell the difference in the taste that it's missing.
