Yeah no. I walked into here cause the Starbucks across the street had a long line. I first walk up and is 3 employees talking and the older two leave I guess to go do something else. The young girl took my order but didn’t know how to do anything. She couldn’t find it on the machine so she rung it up as something else. I ordered an Iced Chai w brown sugar. She didn’t know how to make the drink and told me afterwards she didn’t know and didn’t understand the cards with the recipes on them, and asked me to test it to see if it was correct. It tasted like straight up caramel syrup. She also asked me while making it if it was suppose to have something green in it???? I can’t even be mad at her cause she was obviously new and still in So why in the world did the obvious older more trained workers just walk off leave her there to do this by herself? And there was a line behind me. Poor girl.
