I went to this location on the way the way to University of Memphis on a Saturday. While the drive-thru was busy, the inside seemed to be running really well. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I noticed a lot of boxes in the way of the transaction counter and there was an order build up at the counter. Those two things could have had various reasons of the happenings but it was important to note for logistics. I ordered a hot beverage and toasted bagel and both were to my liking. I will visit this location again for sure.
Very convenient. They open late to 9pm. Friendly and clean. I just want to smell the coffee through the window like some other locations.
Door was locked apparently Starbucks does not want business. I do not do business with companies that have no weapons signs or force you to use a drive-thru. Even when I thought covid was incredibly dangerous and before vaccine I got up and serviced my customers on site I do not do business with companies who keep their doors locked if you can't serve your customers you should not be in business. My daughter and I went to Tennessee tea which gets five stars which is right around the corner. Do yourself a favor and try the bubble tea.
Don’t put any effort into going here because they are ALWAYS closed for now reason!! There’s no reason on any signs either it just says “temporary closed”. I have gone by this place probably a dozen times to either get coffee or even a gift card and they’re closed. Don’t trust this place for anything. Will never return.
Love A Good Tea!!! Medicine Balls…..
If I could rate this store zero stars I would... As a former Starbucks employee, watching the lengths management and the district will do to bow to corporate whims and do these ridiculous, asinine union-busting techniques is absolutely appalling and frankly sickening. Corporate training videos and objectives (that are mandatory every few months or so) are filled with positive, up-beat language about how the company is a big family, and will treat its workers and customers fairly. Where is the fair treatment for the unionizing committee of baristas? Who I have personally talked to, and know for a fact they have dedicated their time, energy, and wellbeing into making sure to meet and go above expectations for the store. This is absolutely ridiculous, and these employees should have never been fired without a warning (or even in the first place). The only thing that should be considered from the store is to reinstate their jobs.
Here I was operating day to day without union-busting. Oh it's so easy to not do illegal things like retaliation-firing a store's worth of employees for trying to unionize. News flash, not only is that illegal but now the internet knows about it
Business location recently fired several workers in retaliation for attempting to form a union. This highly illegal act of retaliation in this store should not be supported by anyone's business. If you support workers, please refrain from patronizing this location.
The weaselly management of this establishment fired all of their union committee members today for fabricated rule violations like stepping behind the counter when they weren't on shift. Whether I'm pro-union or anti-union is regardless, but if I need coffee I'll be going to any other local place instead of risk conversing with a cringing little middle-management worm who lies to terminate their employees' livelihoods in the middle of a pandemic/hiring crisis.
This is my favorite Starbucks location in town. Yes the wait can be long sometimes like at all locations, but I just order ahead on the app to make my coffee pickup faster. Kylie and Nia are some of my favorite baristas, always super friendly even when they’re busy. The drinks are always great, and people need to remember that it takes time to make so many custom drinks, especially during peak times.
