1st EVER PLACE to get my "White Chocolate Mocha (HOT), Light foam, 2 EXTRA SHOTS of espresso, 1/4 cup of cream and 10 Splenda on the side" ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.EVERY Starbucks I have visited, I have to ALWAYS return my drink because it was too weak.Only issue I have is they NEVER FILL MY CUP ALL THE WAY UP. MORE BEVERAGE LESS FOAMBRAVO-BRAVO for my EXCELLENT DRINK☕

I placed a mobile order at 7:30am. Arrived at 8am and was looking for my dragon drink but didn’t recognize it at the pick up counter because it was stark white. I told the woman at the counter when I arrived that I placed it 30 min ago and she told me they hadn’t made it yet. Then 8:15 and the woman comes by and asked what I got. Told her and the workers behind the counter said they ran out of inclusion, keep in mind, the average person doesn’t know what inclusion is. Not only that, they remade it the same way and when I questioned the color, they said they told me they were out of inclusion which makes it pink. They Didn’t even look up. Clearly prioritized the drive thru with a crowd of people that placed orders ahead just staring at them. If I knew that, I would’ve just placed my order at the counter or waited in the drive thru line. Maybe then they’d be more courteous about it. Great start to a birthday. Thanks for setting the tone. By then I was already late to work so I didn’t even bother complaining. Not that they’d care anyway. I usually come this location and 2/5 times they get it right.

order made right and a small wait as usual but imma happy camper over here

This location is hard to enter and exit sometimes but they are always super nice and have no issues giving you cup holders! Love these guys!

If you’re in a hurry don’t bother coming here

They were more interested in taking care of the drive through and pick up orders and the customers that took the time to come in wait over 30 minutes - it was painful watching the cars in the drive cycle through very quickly. Funny part several other people were asking about their orders as well. Will probably avoid this location and would highly not recommend.

Get a iced venti drink and it was a full inch from the plastic top..was running late so didn't say anything but see below about waiting. Also a Sunday morning wait of 25 minutes for my drink after eating my first Starbucks sandwich in long while....they need to improve heating techniques... At least staff was nice. I had my small dog with me.2nd trip was different. Quick service but I was sitting in the corner with my small dog in my lap and some casually dressed manager said I had to leave because of the dog can't be there. I guess they had not problem taking my money with my dog in my arms when I ordered the food and drink or when I asked for my puppuccino???? Anyways, my response was I was going to leave as asked after finishing my sandwich and she said that wasn't acceptable. It was too cold...in the 20's for my dog and I didn't appreciate this.I felt like one of those bums that one hears of stories about when they harass someone to leave.

I ordered a snack and drink and puppuccino. Then I sat down in the corner with my 10 lb puppy in my lap and a casually dressed manager said I can't eat there because of my dog even though they had no issue with me holding it while I ordered it. I said let me finish my sandwich and I'll leave and she said it wasn't acceptable.

The young man working drive-through that early Sunday morning was awesome! In the Christmas spirit, I gave him a little extra, and he kept asking if I was sure. Such innocence, great personality and a heart for service! You da man!

We waited roughly 20 minutes while One employee made drinks. One employee (Camille), who took our order, appeared to be stocking but seemed uninterested in the fact one person was making drinks for 8 people. I don’t know. Maybe “new management” told them not to stop stocking if they were busy. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. One man (Andrew) asked if we had an app order. He then proceeded to make himself a drink and walk to the back. Apparently he was taking his 15 break when there was only one Barista making drinks. When I worked food service, if you were busy, your break had to wait until it slowed down. But again, maybe “new management” makes them take breaks when it’s busy. Mars was busting her butt making all of the drinks with no help from anyone. Very disappointing Starbucks. Like my brother said, I’ll give the employees the benefit of the doubt but, employees reflect leadership.
