Rude! We found a table just outside the front doors that didn’t have any chairs around it, so my wife asked one of the employees if we could use the outdoor chairs that were stacked just inside the doors. The employee snapped back with a terribly rude tone, telling my wife we couldn’t use the chairs. By far, the rudest Starbucks experience in 15 years. Later, a local told us the employees at this location are the rudest he has ever experienced, as well. Sounds like management needs to create a new culture here—it comes from the top.
Soooo slow and made slower by mobile orders. The coffee was good but the queue was long and took ages to reach the front. Biggest problem was mobile orders didn't come up on their system so had to be manually done and that slowed the regular queue and the mobile order queue down. Staff were harassed but they stayed friendly. Just not very efficient at all.
They make some damn good tea.
Visited this Starbucks from Denver, Colorado we were on vacation and the workers here were so rude it was very disappointing, they snatched a Starbucks cup out of one of my friends's hands as she was trying to purchase it so that they can save it for themselves very unprofessional the owner of this place needs new employees!!!? also they didn't know what a banana was...
Woman behind the counter seemed to be by herself so I understood there being a wait time, but I ended up standing there almost 10 minutes with just one person in front of me. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Starbucks is the worst. So many better options for coffee. Skip this place and go somewhere local.
Just a classic Starbucks. Handy being right across from the museum.
I’ve been this place three times. The first two times, they ran out of napkins, and the last time they run out of tall cups. Seriously?!
If you guys stay open past 2pm every day, I will bump you to 5 stars. :)
I'm sorry but this experience was not good. I ordered 3 different coffees and none of them even remotely resembled what I ordered. On top of that the service was annoyingly slow. The young lady who took the order was nice, but she was the only good part of the visit..
