The staff is always super friendly, and I've always got the correct order! The line can be quite long sometimes, but they still manage to crank them out! They deserve a raise!
Well, given all the national attention to Starbucks in Memphis, it’s no wonder that the service at this location is so slow. Granted they had a lot of people coming to purchase there, this location has so few employees that it took well over 35 minutes to get my 12-year-old daughter a lemonade drink. Struggling is one way to describe how this location is functioning. Probably best to make your coffee at home!
The staff here are amazing. I do wish they'd keep the specialty blends on-brew after 11am, though. It's a bummer to only have Pike Place available all the time.

Ordered a Frappuccino and it seemed to take a while once I got to the window. There were multiple cars with single drink orders ahead of me.
never have what you want. ordered a peppermint chocolate mocha frap. and they don't have the peppermint syrup. have been there before ordered a drink with caramel syrup and they didn't have it. never have what you want.
