The drinks are too much for the employees to be as rude as they are, and I'm always missing atleast one thing I've paid for, whether it's whipped cream,, or they will give me a half empty cup if I ask for an iced beverage with no ice. Yesterday, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, when it was actually just sitting on the counter. The girl with the awful silver wig hadn't put it in the order window yet, as I watched two people who came in after me leave before me. I come here everyday, and this young lady is the only one who makes sure I have a hard time for some reason.
Good food and service, it is nice to know there are still businesses that are open for dining in and when they make a mistake take care of it and are not like other businesses who you basically have to be happy with slow help that doesn't want to be there. CeeCee did a great job on taking time to help me with issue. I will definitely be back and recommend them
The drinks were great me and my brother got the cake pops as well as venti Caramel Frappuccino and the lady who was making them was really nice I think her name was Mc she was really caring and sweet
I like this Starbucks. The only negative is that some of the females in the morning have really bad attitudes. Never have that issue with the guys. Only the ladies (not all of them). Otherwise this is a nice Starbucks to go to.
Friendly staff but I never get my extra caramel drizzle as requested. As high as Starbucks is; my requests should be honored.
I typically stop at this location in route to work. However, anytime I see the guy at the register with the brown curly hair and glasses, I'd rather keep going. I think his name is Alex. He always is so difficult, it's disturbing. I don't stop at Starbucks to argue about a drink order nor do I want food I've seen you touch with your bare hands. This is my 2nd bad encounter with him. I don't think I'll be returning.
Terrible. I have had to contact Starbucks customer service to get refunds when I moblie order and show up and the workers won’t open the doors and give me my order I have already paid for. When you go in the store the workers won’t acknowledge you for a while. And today my husband waited 45 mins for a cup of coffee and left without it because it still wasn’t ready after 45 mins. I will go to ridgeway Starbucks even though it’s out of my way because they are pleasant and way faster.

I came to the drive thru at 5:57am they are not open, menu lights off smh....as I pulled around the front two, people are inside. Several cars pulling around and leaving. They didn't even say anything on the speaker.
