I’m giving three stars because one Barista went out of her way to save the day! She went over and beyond by finding honey packets to make my honey citrus mint. On the flip side, the young lady at the drive thru was a complete mute. She immediately told me they don’t have the ingredients and by the time i made it to the window she just waited on me to hand her funds without even telling me my total! Not once spoke! Dry dry and dry! She needs another job . This is my second time coming to this particular location because Dexter is completely out of my ingredients. I would rather drive a extra 2-5 miles than to come here for that!
We had the best service at this location. I brought my daughters and some of their friends in when we were out celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond. The lady at the register took her time to explain to the girls what the sizes were (we don’t have a Starbucks at home). She explained the drink I was contemplating and ended up choosing. Everyone was working with an urgency but was in a cheerful mood. My daughter dropped her drink. I was going to clean it up (Mom here) but they took care of it and did not let my birthday girl down. They replaced her drink for her. I am so glad we chose this store for our impromptu Starbucks visit.
Expensive but good
I love that when I order a vanilla latte the use regular vanilla. I not fond of the French version.The staff is always wonderful!
Mobile ordered two drinks and they were done quickly even though they were slammed. Best drink I've had at a Starbucks in a long time!!!
This Starbucks is our favorite, but this morning the service was horrible!! We waited 20 mins for 1 drink!!! The window person left as the drink was sitting and after 5 more minutes she comes back. We are very disappointed!!
Ordered a breakfast sandwich and chai tea and the chai was bad, as soon as I started drinking it I got nauseous and started throwing up, I called and reported this to the manager and she said maybe you were already sick because our chai is fine, it was made yesterday and we haven't had any complaints till now and I am sorry that you feel your money was wasted but there is nothing I can do about it. THIS WAS MY 1ST AND LAST VISIT TO THIS LOCATION...I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY...$12 WASTED
It's Starbucks, you know what you're getting. Over priced coffee, slow drive through, but everything is consistent with every Starbucks in the country.
Just ordered a peppermint mocha and this is the second time they half filled my cup . Totally unacceptable
That mango dragonfruit refresher is just phenomenal. Such sweet and friendly staff.
