the guy who’s always at the window and taking orders for the drive through is always really nice. sometimes they’re a little slow but i understand cause they’re constantly getting walk ins, mobile orders, and drive through orders. i’ve never had a bad experience except when they messed up my drink one time but they were nice ab it and remade it for me
I don't understand it, but for some reason, everytime I go to this location, they ALWAYS fudge up my drink order! They used to be top-notch. I don't know what happened. It's aggravating to wait in line for 10-15 minutes, or even place an app order, pick up my order, just to go back there for them to make it correctly! Whoever takes the orders needs help ?
My very favorite coffee place. Very courteous staff. Extremely clean. Drinks are delicious and made to order. The quick breakfast and lunch offerings are really tasty.
I went to this Starbucks because it's not far from me and I thought I would be able to get in and out in a reasonable time, that did not happen! When I walked in there was no one in there, so I was super happy, I placed my order and I waited, and waited, it took me asking about my drink for them to fix it. It took every bit of 15 mins. They were filling the mobile orders, they hadn't looked at mine.I was very disappointed and I was almost late for work.
Of course good coffee but the staff is not friendly at all..
Starbucks I will always go there if I get a chance too bc I love y'all coffee and frappe!!!!
I have been going here at least twice a week for the last 7 months. The service use to be AMAZING! Last week my drinks were sour and did not have the heat protector on them. I called and complained and the Manager was super nice so I really can’t complain on the service just drink satisfaction this day. Today I went and ordered my normal Saturday 4 frappes and arrived through the drive through 4 minutes early. At the speaker my husband let them know we were doing a mobile pick up and the lady on the speaker rudely says, oh yes the one with all the frappes. We are doing our best pull around to the window. Service has definitely declined here. I guess I’ll be driving the extra 1 mile even though this one is closer.
Ok. THIS is my new favorite Starbucks! The crew was convivial and fun! The manager used my name several time. When they asked me if I had any question I jokingly asked "What is the meaning of life?" Quick witted as they were they gave me the answer 42! If you know, you know. This particular store is not on one of my udualroutes but I make it a point to visit this store when I need some coffee and cheer!
I absolutely love Starbucks, but this by far is my least favorite location. I come here because it is less than 5 minutes from my house. I come to this Starbucks almost everyday and I never feel welcomed. I can't even remember the last time I was greeted. I'm often ignored and this will most likely be my last time going to this location. I literally stood there this morning for 5 minutes waiting on a order that I placed online when it was on the counter out of my reach near the barista. After moving my order to the pickup location, she didn't apologize or speak, let alone acknowledge my presence. I've given this location a chance and time again I am always disappointed. Poor customer service and I would expect better from Starbucks.
