Management and waitresses were messy and rude! Personally felt as if I was in a “Whites only restaurant “ ! As a service provider myself, this was not ok!! Wont be returning! Terrible Customer Service

I was visiting Memphis. Customer service was good . The food was good . Mac and cheese was good not the best but definitely not the worst. Graded B. Collard greens , fish , and shrimp were really good .
Enjoyed a soulfully delicious lunch @ SFC. Thankfully the chicken & sausage gumbo is available on Fri - it was tasty.We enjoyed the salmon burger & a small catfish platter.Great tasting dishes!!!!Enjoy!
Will say my only negative comment first before raving.The sides need just as much flavor as the main dish.Went here with my aunt, and although she wouldn't come back, I WILL! ? The restaurant was clean, diverse, full of delicious food, and options. The food was cooked with quality and great simplicity.Older people may need less salt and spice, but maybe that can be discussed before customers order with the server? Thank you for my take home cup!! Can't wait to try the cheesecake! ?Oh, and the lady manager was so nice to talk to. Great service and food!
For starters I found this spot from doing a Google search on fish restaurants, the reviews looked good, so I pulled up. I ordered two plates for myself lol. I didn't want to pay $1 per shrimp, so I ordered a second plate. The shrimp was delicious, I mean absolutely delicious, the fish I wasn't too impressed with, only because it lacked the amount of seasoning I needed for my taste buds. Part from that, I'll definitely pull up again and again.
I visited the establishment on Sunday placing a mobile order , food was not properly prepared, I called back to the restaurant and spoke to someone about the poor service & she said I could come back for a remake of the food, she never mentioned that it was a time frame. I called the restaurant on Tuesday for a remake and Ryan the store manger was rude and unconcerning states that, it’s only a 24 hr turn around and I could but get a remake. I can a frequent Sunday goer and after this encounter I will not patronize this establishment anymore
