I lovvveeeeee some sonic now.. either the food is going to be awesome or it’s going to suck. This sonic had really good food,fast service, and they were super nice! There were more food items I couldn’t stop myself! The fried didn’t make it out of the parking lot!
Never going back because of poor management and the lack of customer service experience. Onion rings were hard and over cooked. Orders were stacked on the shelve waiting for it to be given to the customers. You couldn't pay me a million dollars to go back to that Sonic. It used to be excellent customer service but now it is nothing. Young managers don't care about the customer service and the food.
This place is horrible! I don’t mind the wait because I understand being short staff but the food should not suck. The fries were cold and stiff. We ordered a large tator tot and literally there were 6 in the container. We opened the burger and the toppings were in the wrapper not on the burger. Do better. Even when people are polite and patient we still get horrible service. I asked for a refund and the carhop looked at me like I was crazy. I waited another 10 minutes for them to finally bring out my refund receipt. Maybe it was an off night but nothing about this was good.

They didn't get our order 100% right. It was about 80% right. That's why they get 3 stars. Service wasn't extremely fast but they were also busy and probably didn't have alot of help. Other than that the car hop was nice and respectful
Just like in the other sonic location they can’t take orders. Refused to put down 2 combos which were literally the same put kept insisting she put it down when it showed she didn’t. Then after that another person answered and ALSO had a bad attitude about my order. Y’all just be hiring anybody.
Food and service was good but food has gone down in the past few years. I think the prices should go down with it. If this would've been burger King it would've been ok but not sonic.
This Bartlett location on 64/Stage has the best Chicken sandwich in town. Thanks to the cook & my carhop. I will be back
Everytime my friend and I come here the service is terrible. The workers here avoiding everyone's orders. Several employees walked out with drinks only no food. This the 2nd time this happened, waiting over 30 minutes for our order absolutely ridiculous and food was cold
Ordered one sonic cheeseburger with Mayo and one sonic cheeseburger with mustard both burgers had Mayo mustard and ketchup oh and they gave me two Mayo packs
