Good customer service. Good food. Ordered thru app and still had to wait about 15 minutes
I needed a shake while shopping….the service was excellent. As a Travel Agent I love being able to do Market Research for my Clients.
After activating the button to receive service there was no acknowledgement to take my order. Cars were driving in receiving service as I sat for approximately 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. I push to activate again no response. I drove away never to return
I ordered a #2 And it came with a LONG RED HAIR! The manager came out yo tell me she did not have anyone in the kitchen with that type of hair. I responded I don't have anyone in my car with long red hair since I am the only person here. She refunded my card which I will see in a couple of DAYS!
I love this Sonic! IDC if I go once a week, month, or every two or three months, I always get excellent service.
I didn’t think any fast food restaurant could be worse than McDonald’s. But this Sonic has exceeded my expectations on how bad a fast food restaurant can be. I got there between 5.30-6 there were several workers standing inside that seemed to be doing nothing. When I pushed the button a lady told me they were closed. Since I had just left the Sonic at Perkins/Mendenhall and they had done the same thing, I asked her if all the Sonics were closed. And she said “no it’s just us.” When I told her the one up the road was closed too she tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Then I told her a second time I had just left there and they were doing the same thing, she acted like she didn’t know what to say. So I asked her why they were closed. She stumbled all over her words until she finally got out “ummmmm we had an accident.” If I ever come back to this Sonic it’ll be on accident. Deserves 0 stars.
They asked me my order and gave me what they wanted.

Let me tell yal I've never went hear and had a bad experience sometimes the wait be longer than I want blahhhhh lol but Everytime my order is right and fresh and server is prompt keep it up you all rock
My interaction with the carhop was wonderful! But my food was cold! Tater tots were not fresh! Sandwich was cold the cheese wasn't even slightly melted! That's normally the good Sonic! Maybe today was a bad day!
