Customer service was horrible it appears every one was socializing instead of making sure the customers orders were correct and that they were happy. I order the bacon on bacon times 2 it was dry looked nothing like the picture, also order the butterfinger blast the appearance was horrible very sloppy, the burgers apperance was awful the cheese was dried up on both burgers only had 2 pickles and mayo, also I ordered a mango sweet tea an it was unsweetened for the price I spent at sonic the service and the quality of the food was awful. Please let them know the importance of good quality customer service
Not happy with service at all. Called about my order nothing was done about it. And I love Sonic but this place needs help.
Very disappointed with this sonic. I've been here about 3 times trying to give them another chance. Food is always cold. Always!!! And just doesn't taste good anymore.
Food was good but the wait time was very long ( ≈ 20 minutes after we ordered )
I come here often for lunch and the food never disappoints. Only once was my order wrong and I was gone before I noticed. Food is always hot and they aren’t stingy with bacon. I get a grilled cheese with bacon, fries, and sweet tea.
When the carhop was backed up, the manager ran out orders to help him catch up and to keep customers from having to wait any longer than necessary. I applaud that type of leadership and teamwork.

The food was delicious. The service was quick. I requested more than two of their sauces. Because the sauces were $0.30 each, I could not have them. I was willing to pay for the extra sauces. It was not an option. Maybe, it was a supply issue.
Being extremely skeptical about fast food in general I can say that overall the food is pretty good. In the same breath though I can say that when it comes to enthusiasm and actually knowledge of GOOD customer the staff could use some VERY careful scrutiny.
They gave me a broken spoon, which I didn't realize until it cut the inside of my mouth on the first bite. Also, don't order a blast. They are extremely stingy with the candy and only put a few crumbs at the top. After you eat that, it's just an expensive cup of vanilla ice cream. Save your mouth and money and keep driving when you see this place.And this was just the one time I went there. Another time the guy who takes the orders was getting off work and when he came out the back door, he asked if I could spare some change for him to catch the bus.And another time I placed an order that was $14 and some change which was the correct price for what I ordered, but suddenly the order changed to $6 and change, which I knew was incorrect. I just drove off.I think I've finally learned my lesson. Wonder if I can sue over the gash cut into my inner mouth?
