Their price are ridiculous. My food was not fresh and they always leaving something off of my order. Also, one of the Young ladies never repeat the order back to me while ALL of the other sonics in the city do to make sure my order is right.Then when the screen says my food is on its way, it's never on its way. They push the button to make it look like my order has been delivered but it takes 10mins after for them to bring it.
I was very disappointed I ordered a number 8 and 11 for my two nieces with a fruit punch slushy and a raspberry slushy I ordered the food at 449pm, waited until 511 Ave pushed the button the young lady said oh we forgot to make it, didn't get my food until 531pm then came and tried to collect money again after paying with my card. Then took my food back and waited until 445 to bring it out It was cold and i requested that itv be made over. I WAS TOLD I'M DOING TOO MUCH....
Every time I go my service is good. I just hate the fact they do not open at 7am anymore.
Customer service has gotten much better over the last month it is very unfortunate about the locations that keep getting robbed however we're hoping that the franchise owners are providing safety for the employees and last is that we simply would like them to keep the ice machine very clean every now and again we keep finding black flakes in the ice and we can find them because we eat the ice but people who are getting the ice in their drinks are just drinking these things and they do not know that they are being exposed so please improve the cleanliness and the safety for the employees thank you
I ordered the so called Patty Melt with "supposedly grilled onions". Onions were in no way grilled, they were big chunks of white raw onion. The sandwich looks divine on the order window, but that's not what you get. Sonic, if you are going to advertise a product, then give the people what they order. Will not order this again. Not a good sandwich without the grilled onions.
Customer service was much better granted I am only asking for route 44 cups of ice in the winter lol but I love the ice and service was better
I didn’t think any fast food restaurant could be worse than McDonald’s. But unfortunately this Sonic has exceeded my expectations for disappointment. I got there between 5.30-6. There were several workers inside that seemed to be doing nothing. When I pushed the button the girl told me they were closed. No explanation at all for why they were closed 4 hours early, even with the sign on the menu saying it’s open until 10 pm. This place doesn’t even deserve the 1 star I had to give it to leave this review

Food looks thrown together. Workers appear tired & not interested in cooking. I'll never return. 18 min wait for 2 shakes.
