The order taker lost her temper due to her inability to comprehend their menu !!!! ??♀️??♀️
I ordered the patty melt. It was sad that the lady who took my order did not know what comes on it. She was courteous and polite, but needs to learn her menu. After ordering, the ad ran across the menu. I had to recall to ask for no mayo. After getting home to eat, I found out that mayo had been scrapped off my sandwich. It was a major disappointment. The fries were warm and the carhop/server was friendly.
Well my car hop was nice but my food was burnt and they take tooooooooooo long to bring ur order out
It was good my order didn't take to long the service was good and my order was right so keep it up sonic
I work nights and usually stop by on my way home, the past 3 or4 times I've went it's ALWAYS a fifteen min wait and they are RUDE!! I will NOT be returning I will go somewhere else. If it had only happened once or twice I would understand but this has been every time the past week and there were only 4 cars there ???
Stopped to get a couple of burgers for me and moms. They were cooked well and no long wait.
They staff explain the wait time in the beginning and was very nice.
This location is extremely slow due to not enough workers. This is the second time that I have waited for more than 20 minutes and still didn't get food due to such long wait times. Sonic used to be my favorite place to go to as a kid. It has drastically changed in services over the years. This location needs help from corporate, the franchise owner needs assistance on running this location, or they need to check on the location more often. Then on top of that a lot of their screens do not work.
I really do understand that because of the Pandemic everyone is hiring & it's hard to keep good employees. However like a lot of Business maybe raising the hourly wage, would help. One thing for sure I can't eat anywhere anymore. I hope and pray that we all can survive this.
I don't normally eat at Sonic Drive In, my Wife and Step Son's love it. Today I had the Premium Hot Dog with everything no onions. It looked messy when I got it, but my Wife always says a sandwich isn't good unless it is messy. My Ocean Water is always refreshing.
