I waited at least 15 min before any staff members even ask me for my order. It wasn't busy at all I counted maybe 5 cars . After placing my order through there drive up screen. It didn't give me an option how to pay. I waited another 15 min and nothing. I kept seeing the other cars get there order and drive off. Others would pull up and place there orders.I just decided to leave , sec time this happens to me . First time I got my order but when I arrived home my burger was meatless. Yes they forgot the meat. Ive been a customer for many years and it's frustrating when you are also getting off from work and hungry and this happens to you.Sad thing is many take out restaurants around summer Ave have the worst customer service lately.
My husband ended up waiting (after ordering) for more than an hour to finally have our order delivered. This was after tracking down 3 employees and trying to call back to check on the order. All while watching cars come and go next to him when it was not crazy busy. Avoid this location if you have places to be or just want to eat before you’re dead.
My husband and I each got one of those great sonic shakes. Mine was caramel fudge and his was vanilla. His vanilla shake was very rich and tasty. Of course mine was a delight. The young lady who brought them to us was very friendly and polite.I love Sonic. It's great if you want to just pick up and go and great if you just want to sit and rest during a busy day off running errands.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! It took over 25 mins to receive my food one burger combo and a extra tot. I assumed it would be fresh since I waited such a substantial time for my food..WRONG instead I got a cold crunchy grey burger. I WILL NEVER RETURN. Close trash location
I ordered 2 Super sonic bacon cheeseburger meals with tater tots (they were out of onion rings) sweet tea and Dr pepper. I gave them 4 stars only because of being out of onion rings which happens to be my favorite snack from Sonic. The food was hot and fresh and sufficiently knocked us out for the night! I would recommend thus Sonic location.
The young man rolling around on the skates is awesome! He delivered every single order while I was sitting there. I had stopped coming here due to how long it was taking but I guess they are good now.
They wasn’t nice I order mozzarella sticks they were rude an didn’t tell me they had no mariner until bring my food!!! Ordered coney with chili and cheese it has no chili and cheese hot dog was burn all along once side I would never recommend going there!! An the girl was high off weed and had no respect for customers nor herself. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend eating at this sonic if my life depended on it. Got home just to find out my food was not even worth looking at. Poor quality an professionalism if someone in charge sees this you should be ashamed with yourself. Great quick meal during a major power outage in the city. No onion rings? We can live with that. Just grateful that you were open!
Horrible service, don’t be surprised if the person taking orders gets angry. Couldn’t even get the order right and yelled at us because she was putting the order wrong. Tried to tell them the order was wrong and had a rude attitude about it.
Bad customer service they took 44min to take a order to drive in that's ridiculous they hang up the speaker on me twice bad service no respect becareful cause they will spid in your food
