Ordered through the app prior to arrival. I checked in through the app and verified that it was accurate on the order screen. I proceeded to wait and watch 14 other vehicles pull up order at the stall and receive their order and be gone. I sat in the same #16 stall for 52minutes before receiving my order(cherry coke, all American dog minus relish, pretzel stick, and fried pickles). After leaving in a complete frustrated state of mind I then realized I didn't receive my order correctly and it was COLD. I didn't even get a straw for my cherry coke. I will not be back!
This was the worst sonic experience I have ever had. My wife and I ordered a corn dog and a water. We waited 30 minutes for it. None of the workers had any sense of urgency about them. They were walking casually to the cars with an uncaring manner. People were walking up to the door to get their food because they had been waiting too long. We pressed the red button to ask if they could bring us our corn dog and water and before we could get a word out the person on the other end said, “we currently have a 15-20 minute wait for all orders right now.” Before promptly turning off the speaker. We had already waited 30 at this point. When Shania walked out with our order and handed it to us, she asked if we needed a receipt. I said, “Yeah.” To which she promptly turned around and walked away. My corn dog had bits of crumbs and burnt pieces all over it probably from them not taking two seconds to brush it off from the bag or an unclean cooking setup. What a mess. Get your act together, guys.
This location is awful. The customer service is gross ?I had humble beginnings working at a sonic and use to rock it tip wise because customer service is literally everything. If you hate working simply quit rather than ruining someone else’s day with negativity. The girl kept cutting me off when I was trying to order and had such a nasty attitude. That won’t get her far at all. Kindness and patience will. I wish another sonic was nearby because this one is never it for me. Smh
I am a regular at sonic so I have many trips to compare this on to(including many to this exact location). Ordered my large water with lemon and small diet dr. Pepper which is a common order for me. Arrived at my stall and checked in as I do on the app. My name came cross the screen as it does. While waiting, I noticed the screen had gone back to regular status as it does once they are heading out with your order. We are about 10 minutes in now. I push the button and ask about my order. The young lady kept asking me my name as if she couldn't hear. Finally after the 4th time giving my name she said that my order would be out. Another 7-10 minutes passed.at this point a car next tome who pulled up and ordered at the stall has gotten their order. The young lady answers and I ask the status of my order. She said it's coming. You guessed. It didn't. At this point I push the button and ask for a manager. I speak with him and I didn't feel he actually cared. I showed him from the app receipt what time I had placed the order. We were now at 30 minutes in for a water and soda. He retreated and at 35 minutes later I received my order ahead order. I asked for the young lady to send the manager back out and let him know that this was completely unacceptable and ridiculous and that the young lady who I spoke with needs to be talked to. He said he would talk to the staff. I left really needing that water to cool off from being heated about the horrible customer service
highly recommend going to a different nearby sonic.I ordered my food and I didn't get it for 2 hours. I ended up having to walk to the kitchen and show them my order on the app to get my food. They kept disconnecting me whenever I pressed the red button and, the people who wouldn't disconnect me, confirmed that they had my order and it would be out soon. Many cars came and left while I continued to wait and it was fairly empty by the time I got my order.
Its very SAD when you have to deal with this young management now days. They close the the store down early and have bad service skills. I tip from 5 to 10 dollars everytime. We deserve better service.
Worst sonic ever, wait times are ridiculous! They are always out of something. One time they were supposedly out of slushes and came to the car and told me. Also, asked for popcorn nuggets came back with a bag of tots as a joke or something. The lady didn’t apologize and walked away with an attitude. A bunch of teenagers who don’t want to work, come to work looking any kind of way! Go to the one 5 minutes up the street on summer Ave. You won’t regret it
Ordered ahead in the app and checked in fine. Proceeded to wait 2 hours with the employees telling me it would "be out soon" and finally just ignoring my red button presses. Eventually I physically walked to the kitchen and they found my order slip exactly where the order slips should be and got me my food. Many cars have came and went since I got there and they had received my order fine, so there was no reason for the delay.
Took a little while for the order to come out but it was hot and fresh. Car hop was very nice and friendly.The only issue I have is when you order they always say is that all after every item you order.
"What do you want" was how I was greeted by the teller, who then rang in my food wrong, was told it was wrong, didn't correct it and then glared at me while I stood in front of the window for ten minutes waiting on my correct order. Which was dry, and overcooked and almost inedible. This store used to be great but has become utterly disgusting, and they seem to pick the rudest most incompetent staff member to take orders, will not be giving them another chance.
